The restaurant offers a selection of the highest quality products, which is reflected in the delicious dishes served. The truffle fiocchetti, in particular, are exceptional and among the best I've ever tasted. The combination of the delicate, rich flavors of the truffle with the fresh pasta is simply divine. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic, high-quality culinary experience in the heart of Bologna.

Absolutely awesome place. Great service from Paolo but the food is just sooooo good.
We tried Cotoletta alla bolognese, porcini risotto, gnocchi with porcini, tartare di chianina. Absolutely best was fiocchetti and panna cotta. Just absolutely amazing.
Oh, and White House wine is just…like water as in we couldn’t stop drinking it 🤣

Very intimate atmosphere, we were able to sit even without a reservation, delicious food and super knowledgeable and friendly staff... we will definitely be back ☺️

Mi amigo y yo almorzamos y lo reservamos. Nuestra mesa estaba justo al lado de otra mesa en la que podemos escuchar todo lo que hablaban. El espacio era un poco limitado. Yo tenía pasta Gramigna con salchicha y mi amigo había asado pollo con verduras! Ambos platos estaban buenos y de postre compartimos un enorme Tiramisu. El postre estaba goteando de café y era nuestra primera vez para ver tal tipo!
Por supuesto, también tuvimos café orzo para terminar nuestro almuerzo! Los servicios estaban bien y rápido!

Locale in pieno centro non troppo grande e accogliente. Menù vario, piatti tipici e tradizionali come i tortellini, i tortelloni, la gramigna, i garganelli o il friggione (ottimo l’antipasto con la burrata). Servizio cortese, attento e veloce nonostante fosse domenica a pranzo e fosse pienissimo. Conto super onesto.

Un ristorante molto carino in una zona tranquilla di Bologna. Il servizio è stato un po' lento ma credo sia dovuto all' affollamento. Abbiamo gustato due primi tradizionali (tagliatelle e gramigna) con un po' di vino della casa , acqua e caffè. Abbiamo pagato circa 42 euro, un prezzo non basso ma normale per la zona. Insieme al caffè ci hanno portato anche dei gustosi cantucci al cioccolato.

Gradevole trattoria in pieno centro di Bologna. Servono piatti bolognesi tradizionali: gramigna al ragù di salsiccia, tagliatelle al ragù, lasagne, cappellacci, ma anche tagliata di manzo e altri ottimi secondi. Servizio veloce ed efficiente. Conto medio. Indispensabile prenotare, il locale è piccolino e con pochi tavoli.
