When I arrived, they asked me how many people I was in. I said I was alone, and they told me there was no room for me; the restaurant was full. I said I would wait until a table became available. Surprisingly, after about five minutes, a table opened up.
The dish I ordered was delicious.
Towards the end, the manager was very rushed; you had to pay quickly and leave quickly. The atmosphere was too businesslike for my taste and lacked a certain friendliness.

We went for Saturday lunch. The noise level was quite high, but luckily they put us in the room downstairs, which was quieter. I must say that the quality and flavor of the food were excellent: the cured meats were delicious, and the dish I absolutely recommend among the first courses is the gnocchetti dei peccati with gorgonzola and porcini mushrooms: spectacular, perfect.
The desserts were also good: the panna cotta was a bit small but delicious!

Amazing food, people and service. We have found this place by accident but it turned out to be a real hidden gem. Fiochetti was a real discovery, recommend to everyone who is visiting Bologna to check this place out

The food at Taverna dei Sinni is always good. Thanks to the waiter who found me a seat, even though he was on time, preferring two people who arrived immediately after me. Polite and professional. The grilled meats with fresh salad and the pumpkin cappellacci with ragù are delicious (just a note about the portion size...modest for the €15 price). I recommend making a reservation because even today they turned away a lot of people who didn't have reservations.

This is something from another galaxy!!! The most delicious food I have eaten in Italy!!! I have never eaten pasta like this in Rome, Milan, or Venice!!! I highly recommend it to everyone: Fiocchetti pasta, Gramigna pasta, and tagliateelle with meat ragu!!!! I wish the chef many years to come!!! Excellent!!!

I can honestly say that Taverna dei peccati is the only place in Bologna that has managed to turn me into a regular. I've tried practically all their dishes, coming any day, any time, and with any type of company. Every time I've visited, the experience has been top-notch. The traditional Emilian dishes are always delicious and never go wrong. The service is fast and impeccable. But the real highlight is the atmosphere in this place, which for me is unparalleled. Without a doubt, it's my favorite restaurant in Bologna, and I've tried many!
