Exquisite food, fast, friendly and kind staff. Nice place, very rustic and the genuine food at 0KM the meat is out of this world. Try the tagliatelle with white truffle. Fair price. We thank you for this magnificent lunch 😝😏😌

Four of us had two starters, four first courses and four second courses, water and half a liter of house wine. We paid €122. The price itself is not bad, on average €30 per person for half a starter, a first course and a second course, but the seasoning was too heavy in my opinion, the first courses, above all, were full of oil. Friendly staff, a simple restaurant for those who don't have too many expectations.

Looking for a restaurant to dine in, we are two families with children and we land at the La Taverna restaurant in Vastogirardi. We are given the pizza menu, unfortunately there is no menu that indicates alternatives which however are exposed to us verbally. Shortly after our order, the starters for the adults arrive. Platter of cold cuts and cheeses for two (€10 per person), two portions of grilled caciocavallo with fried egg (€10 each), a plate of tagliatelle with mushrooms. All good. After about ten minutes the pizzas and, thanks to our urging, after another fifteen minutes or so the pasta with meat sauce for the children. Unfortunately, the pizzas remained almost entirely on the plate because they were burnt on the bottom. The wrong type of pasta. We ordered the penne and the fresh pasta maltagliati arrived at the table. Two glass bottles of Coca, two carafes of water, a bottle of Tintilia, two decaffeinated drinks and a cover charge for a total of €122. Around €15 per person considering 4 adults and 4 children. In my humble opinion, if you find an alternative around here, avoid it.

Erano passati tanti anni dall’ultima nostra visita, tutto rinnovato, aumentati notevolmente i coperti , modernizzato l’ arredamento con buoni risultati. Con qualche perplessità, dando fiducia a una cameriera veramente garbata e professionale, abbiamo mangiato due pesci cotti, l’uno al forno e l’altro all’acqua pazza. Ottimi. Vino della casa assolutamente degno e prezzo contenuto. Merita un ritorno di conferma.

Pizza buonissima, ingredienti buoni, servizio gentile. Sono anni oramai che frequento questo posto e non mi ha mai deluso.
