La Taverna In Milano

Wonderful restaurant! The staff are very friendly and the food is plentiful!

Everything was perfectly balanced. We booked a table for two at 9:15 PM, letting them know we were late because we couldn't find parking, and they were so friendly and kind. We then ordered a tasting menu for two, which included a drink of your choice (wine, Coke, beer, etc.), a Montanarine appetizer, and several mixed pizzas (they brought us three but asked if we wanted more). The waiters were very attentive to their customers, very kind and attentive. As a true Campanian, I can say that I really enjoyed the pizza, as well as the atmosphere and the people who work there.

We went for lunch to this pizza spot after seeing it in the socials and we wanted to try the tasting menu, we didn’t know is served just dinner time, after telling the owner that we traveled especially to Milano to try their tasting pizza menu, he was so nice that he made it done for us even if it was lunch time. The pizzas where delicious and the tomato sauce that they use is out of this world, super tasty. We saved the spot and we will be definitely back and let our friends know about it 🤩 thank you very much for this delicious experience 😋

I hosted my graduation party there. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The staff was attentive to my various allergies and intolerances, as well as to my requests. They were well-organized, extremely kind, and incredibly helpful. They accommodated my every request and helped with the table setting, resulting in a flawless result. They even helped me fix the cake, which had been ruined by the pastry shop where I'd had it made, even though they weren't required to do so and we had little time (I'm attaching before-and-after photos; they literally saved me). The venue was generally beautiful and clean. Dinner was held in their exposed brick tavern, decorated in shades of green and brown. They also had a bar and music. The price per person was more than fair and adequate for the food, drinks, and service. I absolutely recommend it! And thanks again to all the staff at the other tavern!

We booked for four with the "no limits pizza, tasting menu" option. We sat down at 8:00 PM, and after 45 minutes, the appetizer (included in the option) still hadn't arrived. All the pizzas were very good, but the wait between each one was too long, despite the restaurant being practically empty. Furthermore, despite the "no limits" option, after four pizzas, they'd already made it clear, not too subtly, that they wanted us to get up. In the end, we ate six pizzas (for four people) for €25. The pizza was worth it, but if you'd like to come, get one each and split it among yourselves.

Classic Neapolitan pizza. Good. Fair price.

We went there yesterday as a group and it was a lovely discovery. The place is nice and welcoming, the staff professional, attentive, and courteous. You can choose the all-you-can-eat option, but we weren't interested, so I can't say exactly how it works. They offer several types of pizza dough, you can ask for lactose-free mozzarella, and they already have two dairy-free pizzas on the menu. It was fantastic for us because there was one lactose-intolerant person at the table and one who doesn't eat dairy. We all agreed the pizza was delicious, both for the quality of the ingredients, the dough, and the cooking. I had a "Zucca del Sud" (Southern Zucchini), with whole wheat ham, and it was delicious, but it was difficult to choose because they have several on the menu with original and interesting combinations. I'll definitely be back to try them. The craft beer I ordered (the "Maledetta") was also excellent. If I may offer a piece of advice to the management, it's best to reduce the background music volume by half when the room on level -1 is full; the experience will certainly be more enjoyable. Otherwise, keep it up!

Friendly and fast service, fair prices, the pizza...the best in Milan

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing experience at L’Altra Taverna in Milan! The pizza was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked Neapolitan crust with crazy good ricotta cheese inside that was just heavenly. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality you get. The real highlight, though, was the chilli oil: punchy, bold, and packed with just the right amount of heat. It took the pizza to another level and is honestly unforgettable. Great food, great value, and that combination of ricotta-filled crust and chilli oil alone is worth coming back for. Highly recommended!
