Historic location, located on the Montemurlo hill, from which you can enjoy the view of Prato and Florence (on clear days), excellent food, from meat to fish, attentive and courteous service, adequate prices, recommended, without a doubt!

Come for the outstanding view, stay for the lovely food and friendly service. The price is very reasonable with pizzas being very cheap to more advanced courses of very high quality. Don't miss this place.

La Taverna della Rocca, located in the picturesque town of Montemurlo, is a restaurant that manages to capture the essence of Italian cuisine in a welcoming and familiar atmosphere. Surrounded by greenery and with a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside, it is perfect for a romantic dinner or a family party. I go there often because both the owners, especially Alfio, but also the employees are very professional and kind.

I had a seafood risotto and it was very tasty, the setting was very beautiful, the service was excellent and there was a lot of choice on the menu. We'll be back

20/08/2024: Very tasty food! Nicely prepared and pleasant portions! Pizza was to die for! Pasta too 😍 Service was polite, courteous and super friendly! All in all a great evening for all of us 🫶🏻🇮🇹

Vista sul mare

05/08/2024: After a long day at work, we opted for this little restaurant. Welcomed by the helpful and smiling staff, they made us sit at the table. You are immediately enveloped by the tantalizing smells coming from the tables next to you. Red peppered mussels, mixed appetizer, first course "of the day/off the menu", mixed fried fish and squid, mixed grilled fish and an excellent sparkling house white wine, at a truly honest price, really refreshed our body and mind. Compliments to the expert hands in the kitchen, and to all the staff, who made us feel at home. No more than 5 stars can be given to all of this, but it deserves a firmament! Until next time!
27/07/2024: Dinner with friends, I didn't pay, however I will definitely return.
