We were welcomed warmly in a very refined environment with attention to detail, the cuisine is exquisite. The candies with turnip filling, gorgonzola fondue and poppy seeds were truly special, the choice of desserts is for all tastes and budgets, the soup was delicious. At the end they also offered us coffee, which is always a very welcome gesture and the price, compared to the quality of the food and service, is really convenient. You absolutely must go there

Sono tornato dopo anni in questo ristorante di Perugia e devo dire che le cose non sono cambiate, ottimo ristorante era ed ottimo ristorante è rimasto. I piatti della tradizione fatti con cura e con materie prime di gran livello, ottima carta dei vini, locLe accogliente ed elegante e grande cura da parte del personale, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, bravi.

Locale accogliente situato lungo una stradina laterale rispetto ad una delle vie centrali della città. Ci siamo fermati per pranzo di passaggio a Perugia: abbiamo mangiato uno stinco di maiale con patate al forno buonissimo e una tagliata di manzo altrettanto buona. Servizio veloce e attento.

01/05/2025: The place is very nice, modern and elegant at the same time, having also preserved the historic walls and vaults. The restaurant is run by young people with equally young, but efficient and trained staff. The dishes are prepared with attention and attention to detail. The raw materials used are also of excellent quality, the meats come from one of the best local butchers. Well done and congratulations. Keep up the good work, we will definitely be back. To be recommended with eyes closed!!!

22/05/2025: A nice little place in the morning/afternoon, for a coffee, a book, to chill in the chairs in the courtyard and then visit some exhibition organized inside the museum.
