We've become a regular at this restaurant, and we often return for a simple lunch when we're stuck for ideas. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and smiling. The quality/price ratio is excellent, and the portions, especially the starters, are generous. Very fast service. The pizzas are also excellent, with the fantastic wood-fired oven that's hard to find these days! Highly recommended, see you next time 😊

A historic restaurant serving traditional cuisine and classic pizza.
Fast and professional service, welcoming and friendly staff.
However, I would recommend using absorbent sheets for floured fried foods. The oil naturally released by the food, if not properly absorbed, doesn't enhance the flavor, but weighs down the palate and makes the food less digestible. A real shame, especially when a dish is executed to perfection, as in this case.
The restrooms are reasonably clean considering the traffic and time of day, but they could use some work.
Prices are normal.
The option of separate bills through a dedicated cash register management system is interesting, making the process quick and easy. Congratulations.

A standard dinner; I opted for a salami appetizer (very good) and a mixed cheese appetizer, which was below par. The plating was a shame; it wasn't well-presented. For my first course, I had spaghetti with mussels and clams, which was very good.
A standard place, excellent value, I'd go back!

Hi everyone, five of us had lunch here today. I'm someone who eats lunch and dinner everywhere for work. Any advice? Go without a problem. The staff is friendly. We didn't have to wait long, even though we hadn't booked. I personally ate well, and so did my travel companions. The price is okay. Well done, I'll be back.

Good experience. Restaurant and pizzeria serving simple, basic Italian cuisine. The service was a bit rushed and hectic. The bathroom was gross for a restaurant. Overall, the food quality was decent and acceptable, considering the prices.

I'm so grateful to the restaurant for their patience and availability in accommodating a good hundred students from our middle school in Trieste in three sittings, perfectly adhering to the scheduled times. They provided fast and impeccable service, excellent Margherita pizza for everyone, and a wide selection of drinks. The teachers were also treated with great respect. The coffee was excellent. The staff was very courteous and happy to have provided refreshments for our students.
