Happy to have had an experience like this. An enchanting place that immediately makes you feel how time can stand still, surrounded by the Asiago landscape. With the menu we were served, we were able to fully understand and appreciate what it means to care for and respect ingredients, because for those who don't know, this place strives to be as close to zero waste as possible. The menu offers a balanced selection of meat dishes, typical cheeses from the Plateau and vegetarian dishes, all prepared with care and passion. The dishes are a perfect combination of Venetian tradition and creative touches, capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates. For drinks, La Tana stands out for a well-studied wine list, with selected labels that beautifully accompany each course, enhancing the characteristics of each dish. The selection of cocktails is equally interesting, with classic and contemporary creations prepared with mastery. There is also a good selection of local craft beers, perfect for an aperitif or to accompany the more rustic dishes. Also ideal for birthdays and private parties!!!
