Wonderful experiences. Each course is a little surprise. The "liquid" proposal which completes/stimulates the dish is much appreciated. A courageous and modern choice.
Service is attentive and attentive but not fixed and very approachable.
Plus the "accompanying music" which increases the involvement of the senses in the journey.

Un'esperienza unica che ti avvolge e coinvolge, che ti fa entrare nel percorso degustazione con tutti i cinque sensi. Il ristorante è accogliente e i titolari ti accompagnano con gentilezza alla scoperta dei piatti. Rivisitazioni di portate classiche, ben ancorate al territorio, ma interpretate in modo magistrale. Devi ben concentrarti per riconoscere sapori e materie prime, e aprire la mente a nuove scoperte. Il percorso è lungo ma ben equilibrato, gli abbinamenti del bere sono perfetti. Si percepisce la passione della cucina e delle tradizioni. Vale la pena andarci per scoprire sapori, profumi, colori e tanta fantasia. Molto bravi!

Scoprire cosa vuol dire mangiare veramente dopo 34 anni è possibile. Il cammino che viene proposto nel menù della Tana Gurmet è un sali e scendi di emozioni, gusti, intensità e molto altro che vi lascio scoprire da soli. L’abbinamento bevante è indubbiamente un surplus che non lascia nulla al caso, anzi, completa totalmente l’esperienza che è caratterizzata da intensità e appagamento totale. Da non lasciarsi sfuggire questa perla che l’Altopiano regala, ritrovando e riscoprendo sapori, ingredienti e storia non solo della zona ma di tutto il Veneto.

Finding out what it means to really eat after 34 years is possible. The path that is proposed in the Tana Gurmet menu is an up and down of emotions, tastes, intensity and much more that I leave you to discover for yourself. The drink pairing is undoubtedly a surplus that leaves nothing to chance, on the contrary, it totally completes the experience which is characterized by intensity and total satisfaction. Don't miss this pearl that the Plateau offers, rediscovering and rediscovering flavors, ingredients and history not only of the area but of the entire Veneto.

Truly exceptional restaurant, genuine and kind wait staff, the owner is phenomenal. Very good raw materials and the combination with the flavors is perfect. Very attentive service and accurate explanation of the wines. I will definitely return and if you are near Asiago for a holiday or even for a day I highly recommend it.
