Places like this are one-of-a-kind; they tell the story of Italian history, culture, and traditions. Simplicity reigns supreme; it feels like we've gone back 200 years. We thoroughly enjoyed the menu, featuring simple, authentic dishes. Every bite is an experience, an explosion of flavor! Recommended for a weekend in the mountains, a great meal, and a lovely walk foraging for mushrooms or chestnuts.

Yesterday my wife and I went to this little hilltop restaurant for the first time and, to our great satisfaction, we ate divinely...compliments to all the staff, from the very kind waitresses to those in the kitchen...a small place but highly recommended, we will definitely be back.

I came here for lunch yesterday by chance. We had a wonderful meal and felt right at home. Both the appetizers and the first courses were delicious. We finished the meal with a delicious chestnut cake. The prices were fair and the food excellent.

From the welcome to the bill, everything was perfect.
We didn't manage to eat all the crescentine and cold cuts, and without even asking, they prepared a box for us to take home.
The trifle was noteworthy!

Maybe it's good for dinner, but it's not that great for lunch. Limited choice (among the three first courses and two second courses, there was literally nothing I liked or could eat), so I ordered the least bad thing, pasta, even knowing that if it's overcooked, I can't stomach it: it's so overcooked that I leave almost the entire plate there, even though at least the sauce was good. The €10 menu includes overcooked pasta, water, and cover charge, which is a fair price, considering the quantity if not the quality. Since I'm still hungry, I order dessert. Bad idea: the most chemically-flavored crap I've ever tasted in my life. €5.50 for chemically-flavored crap. I know you shouldn't use that word for food, but I swear it's not food.
Three stars instead of less because the owner is kind, and because they give me the benefit of the doubt for dinner.
Good thing you can pay with Satispay. Bad thing is my cell phone barely has signal.

Yesterday, passing through Cerelio, we stopped for lunch at La Tana. We'd already stopped there last year, and I was sure I'd already written a positive review. But I don't see it 😔.
Anyway, even though we hadn't booked, the very kind owner, after a short wait, set up a table for us in a secluded room.
We had grilled vegetables, crostini with wild boar sauce (off the menu), ricotta and walnut-filled candies with speck, pappardelle with wild boar (also off the menu), water, a glass of Sangiovese, and a dessert of their own (ricotta and pears between two hazelnut biscuits), all delicious for a total of €44. It's a shame the few photos I took don't do it justice. We'll come back...
