We popped in by chance, wanting a quick bite to eat, and discovered a truly delicious spot! We had focaccia filled with excellent cured meats and puccia with porchetta! Everything was superb.

Authentic, affordable, even though they can afford not to be, being located in Alberobello's main square... Quality local products and customer service despite the large crowds, highly recommended.

I dined at La Tana del Salumiere this summer and highly recommend it. We had a great time; everything was delicious. The ingredients are exquisite and refined. I recommend the charcuterie board, as well as the cheese board. The wines are also good. The owners are friendly and passionate about their work.

Good small selection of meat and cheese, the sandwich is noce but nothing outstanding. Recommend to try it out when you’re in town.

We were looking for a quick bite to eat, and lo and behold, right across from the trulli, there's this delicatessen. It's small, but the owner is quite friendly and eager to serve us. Despite the crowds, we were served right away. The sandwiches and pucce were very good. I'll definitely be back.

Highly recommended. Like many other reviews, I stumbled upon it by chance but found delicious cured meats, cheeses, and local produce, all of the highest quality and sourced locally. The owners actually produce many of their own products. A truly wonderful discovery. If you're looking for a worthy platter or a classic or specialty sandwich (puccie), this is perhaps the best in Alberobello.

Non il classico negozietto per turisti in transito... salumi pane e focaccia di qualità tipici pugliesi conditi da gentilezza..... con la possibilità di gustarli nella piccola saletta della tana, facendoti sentire a casa come la classica salumeria dell'amico di fiducia del quartiere

Piccola bottega che serve panini eccezionali. Gradita la stanza dedicata dove ristorarsi fuori dal caos del centro. Doppiamente gradito l'ottimo servizio . Consigliatissimo.

07/09/2025: We went to this trattoria on the recommendation of a friend. The service was certainly friendly but not attentive (a napkin was missing and we had to close it three times; when the second one arrived, the cutlery was missing and we had to wait for the third waiter to get it). The food was quite good, but with some flaws: spaghetti with clams soaked in water and oil, pasta with sausage and mushrooms with no sausage, and finally, the anchovy bones in the pasta with turnips. We ordered a center-cut steak, and the plate arrived large enough for one person.

03/10/2025: The staff's service was excellent. I'm a foreigner and wanted to try a typical local dish, and I loved their recommendation. Excellent flavor. The photos don't do it justice. Everything was flavorful and juicy. The portions were adequate. The price seemed very low for the high quality of the food. 100/10 Highly recommended.
13/09/2025: A beautiful terrace facing the street, well separated from traffic. Lunch included superb orichette pasta with oyster mushroom sauce, handmade ravioli with seafood and tomato sauce, and grilled salcetti with delicately fried potato wedges. A very friendly waiter, who was knowledgeable and spoke English, enhanced the excellent food. Lunch all-inclusive for €50. Top!
