Don't hesitate to come in!! Everything was delicious, so much so that we ordered an extra to go! The service was impeccable. I highlight the kindness and enthusiasm with which they serve you and explain their sausages and the unique flavors of each one!

We popped in by chance, wanting a quick bite to eat, and discovered a truly delicious spot! We had focaccia filled with excellent cured meats and puccia with porchetta! Everything was superb.

I dined at La Tana del Salumiere this summer and highly recommend it. We had a great time; everything was delicious.
The ingredients are exquisite and refined. I recommend the charcuterie board, as well as the cheese board. The wines are also good.
The owners are friendly and passionate about their work.

Good small selection of meat and cheese, the sandwich is noce but nothing outstanding. Recommend to try it out when you’re in town.

We were looking for a quick bite to eat, and lo and behold, right across from the trulli, there's this delicatessen. It's small, but the owner is quite friendly and eager to serve us. Despite the crowds, we were served right away. The sandwiches and pucce were very good. I'll definitely be back.
