Posto molto bello sì piedi dell’Etna. Sabato sera ore 21.30 su prenotazione. Non era la prima volta e sempre stati molto bene.
Capisco la serata (locale pieno)e ragazzi molto stanchi e poco empatici.
Non ho accetto del tutto aver ordinato le pappardelle e mi sono arrivate le casareccie … ne deduco poca attenzione e non protesto.
Il resto buono: Involtini, carne cucinata su tegola e filetto. Le patate fritte unte (fritte e rifritte nello stesso olio?).
Nessuno, nemmeno il proprietario a chiedere se tutto andava bene o come ci siamo trovati. Poca empatia con chi potrebbe ritornare. Peccato.

Fantastic experience. Professional owner, welcoming and very good with all his staff. I had the honor of meeting him in Verona exactly on Isola della Scala, with the promise that I would come to his place. The cuisine is excellent, let Giuseppe advise you. A mix of Sicilian flavors from appetizers, first courses, second courses... desserts and wines. Thank you thank you thank you :) Federica.

We stayed at Tana del Lupo in Pedara and the experience was overall very positive. The restaurant immediately strikes you with its welcoming atmosphere with attention to detail: a rustic but elegant environment, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends.
The food is the real strong point: fresh ingredients, well-presented dishes and strong flavors that tell the story of tradition with a touch of originality. Rich and tasty appetizers, expertly cooked meat main courses and side dishes that complete the meal perfectly. The only note we would like to make concerns the first courses, good but with portions that could be slightly more generous, especially considering the excellent quality.
The waiting times were a little long, but the staff was always friendly and helpful, making the wait pleasant

Una gran sorpresa in centro nella città di Pedara.
Risotto al nero d'Avola e pecorino ennese top, primo al sugo di cinghiale superlativo.
Angus tenerissimo e gustoso.
Tiramisù per finire di buonissima qualità e gusto ottimo.
Personale gentile e discreto .
Locale caratteristico accogliente e caloroso.

The restaurant is a classic Sicilian choice, offering a wide variety of wines from all over Italy. The staff is polite and eager to meet customers' culinary expectations. The dishes are delicious, made with high-quality ingredients. While the prices are slightly high, they are reasonable given the quality, especially when compared to other restaurants in the Catania area.
