Excellent restaurant with a wide selection of fine wines and a superb cellar.
The meats are of excellent quality. We enjoyed Angus and Irish ribeye steak, beautifully presented in terracotta dishes where the meat can continue to cook as desired.
The appetizers are exquisite, featuring local cured meats and cheeses.
Seating is limited to 40; reservations are recommended on weekends.

At Giuseppe's restaurant, you'll always find high-quality, delicious food! Definitely try the tagliata cooked on a tile or the Nebrodi black pig. All this is accompanied by his friendly service.

A dinner to remember!
We went to La Tana del Lupo for dinner and the experience was truly exceptional. As soon as we entered we were greeted with courtesy in a warm and rustic environment, with attention to the smallest details.
We started with an appetizer of provola with honey: simple but exquisite, the sweet-salty contrast was perfectly balanced.
As a first course, the pistachio panzotti won us over: creamy, fragrant and full of flavor, a real treat for pistachio lovers.
The second course, a slice of Angus, was very tender and cooked to perfection, accompanied by tasty side dishes that enhanced the meat without covering its flavor.
Attentive and friendly service, just the right amount of time between courses. Really excellent quality/price ratio.
A place we recommend without hesitation and to which we will definitely return!

Posto molto bello sì piedi dell’Etna. Sabato sera ore 21.30 su prenotazione. Non era la prima volta e sempre stati molto bene.
Capisco la serata (locale pieno)e ragazzi molto stanchi e poco empatici.
Non ho accetto del tutto aver ordinato le pappardelle e mi sono arrivate le casareccie … ne deduco poca attenzione e non protesto.
Il resto buono: Involtini, carne cucinata su tegola e filetto. Le patate fritte unte (fritte e rifritte nello stesso olio?).
Nessuno, nemmeno il proprietario a chiedere se tutto andava bene o come ci siamo trovati. Poca empatia con chi potrebbe ritornare. Peccato.

Risotto al nero d'Avola e pecorino ennese top, primo al sugo di cinghiale superlativo.
Angus tenerissimo e gustoso.
Tiramisù per finire di buonissima qualità e gusto ottimo.
