One of the few places left, I think, in Maremma where you can eat really well... in a world surrounded by organic, ethno-fusion, dynamic cuisines - Cantabrian Sea anchovies - cherry tomatoes - Slow Food Presidium... here you eat typical cuisine cooked with passion, authenticity and a great desire to do.

I stayed two nights in Tirli with my girlfriend in this place surrounded by nature, very quiet and relaxing. The room was nice, with a small terrace overlooking the greenery—really pleasant, except for the many mosquitoes that made it difficult to keep the window open. Luckily, there was air conditioning, so sleeping well was no problem.
The bathroom was functional and clean, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.
The only downside: upon checkout, I was charged for the previous day's breakfast as if it were an all-you-can-eat deal, when in reality I had only ordered a cappuccino and a slice of cake. If they had told me, I would have at least taken advantage of the generous offer!
Aside from that detail, the stay was pleasant. We didn't have the chance to try the restaurant.

A welcoming place with an outdoor veranda, cool in the evenings; it's a good idea to bring a felipina. Good service, traditional Tuscan cuisine featuring wild boar.

I'll start by saying I've only been to the restaurant.
The service and staff were very friendly. Given the name "Tana del cinghiale," I opted for a wild boar dinner, starting with an appetizer of wild boar cured meats and cold cuts. I was very surprised by the "Mortadella," which I'd never tried before and was very good. The first course was wild boar pappardella, mouth-wateringly delicious. For the main course, I had wild boar à l'orange, which I highly recommend, and which was truly delicious. My girlfriend opted for the wild boar swiss steak, thinking it was a burger, but instead it was served on a plate with two swiss steaks, very good and flavorful. I paired it all with a good red wine. To finish, I had a delicious semolina and ricotta dessert. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys wild boar, they'll definitely leave satisfied!
A very beautiful/elegant and clean location with ample space and the option to eat outside.
Reasonable and reasonable prices.

I'm only reviewing the restaurant where I ate in August. Everything was delicious, obviously based on wild boar. The prices were reasonable, the service was excellent, and the outdoor seating was lovely. Excellent.

I'm spending my holidays in the beautiful Maremma region, staying in Tirli. Tonight I had dinner with my family at this super welcoming restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience. The appetizer platter was exquisite, and the wild boar was absolutely delicious, both the one with apples and the one with orange. The grilled meat was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The price was very reasonable for the quality and ingredients. I'll definitely be back before I leave.

Posto immerso nella quiete del bosco, personale gentilissimo, ogni piatto raccontava un' emozione.. Pietanze dal sapore deciso ma allo stesso tempo delicato...cucina semplice, non troppo elaborato ma fatta a dovere..Dalle pappardelle con ragù di cinghiale, al tagliere tipico..fino agli hamburger..Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.. Super consigliato
