Very good empanadas and meat. Authentic Argentine cuisine. Even when we were in Argentina, we hadn't eaten food this good. Delicious meat sauces and an Argentine drink, which we drank for the first time in our lives: Fernandito ❤️

17/08/2025: Passing through Visso on the way to Lake Fiastra, we stopped at the spinning mill, right on the main road... a very nice place. We ate a delicious roast trout fillet, accompanied by an extraordinary mixed pickled vegetables... and a single dish called "piatto artigiano" (artisan dish), consisting of grilled primo sale (fresh pasta), roasted potatoes, sautéed chicory, and two veal sausages, both less than excellent. Congratulations, guys, and long live your resilience.
