Typical Florentine trattoria with the chef Paolo, who immediately puts you at ease and is ready to let you taste his specialties. While waiting for your order, your helper in the dining room, I think her name is Anna, with her smile and availability and with a few jokes, makes you feel at home straight away. Today I ate a dream wild boar tagliatelle!! I will definitely be back...but this time not alone! !!! If any friend should read this to me... come with the certainty of eating not well... very well!!! A great discovery!!!! It had been recommended to me by an environmental expert, my trusted butcher, and therefore I already knew that it would not disappoint us!!! But it exceeded expectations.. We went to eat the sheep, which I must say was EXCELLENT!!!😋😋😋 but also the rest very good!!.. My colleague in his personal ranking put him in second place... after Tullio!!!

Piccola osteria, 20 coperti circa, cucina semplice e casalinga, piatto forte la pecora. Tutto rigorosamente fresco ed ottimo, prezzi onesti e porzioni molto abbondanti. Il proprietario molto simpatico e alla mano. La crema al mascarpone con caramello salato assolutamente da provare e la pecora in umido divina. Consigliatissimo!
