At La Tana dei Brilli you eat really well. It is one of those places where the cuisine is simple, made with local ingredients and recipes that taste like home. No frills, just real flavors, the ones you recognize at first taste and that make you want to come back. The menu is written with a poetic care that makes you want to order everything: each dish has a description that tells a story, and already reading it you imagine the smell and taste. The prices are fair, actually good, especially for what you take home in terms of quality and atmosphere. And then there is the owner - very nice - and the cook, who make you feel at home. They welcome you with a smile and treat you as if you were a lifelong friend. A place like this should be kept a secret ... but it deserves to be shared. Advice

It is not a place for time wasters, it is a refined place, with attention to the substantial and aesthetic details that characterize Raffaella's tavern. Traditional dishes and more, offered with refinement and good taste, a delight for the palate. Abbiamo prenotato con largo anticipo in questo piccolo ristorante (appena 3/4 tavoli all'interno in inverno) nel centro di Massa Marittima e ne è valsa davvero la pena. Un menù intrigante e non banale, con qualche proposta del giorno della chef che sa il fatto suo, amando il suo lavoro e conoscendo bene il territorio. Squisiti gli antipasti, sapidi i secondi accompagnati da un buon sangiovese sfuso che non fa lievitare il conto. Si sta bene insomma , coccolati come si conviene e si paga il giusto. Torneremo certamente e lo consigliamo vivamente (e abbiamo pure fatto la rima)....

The place is small, but furnished with care and attention to detail that make it truly special. Every corner conveys a feeling of warmth and welcome, making the atmosphere perfect for a romantic evening. The staff is really kind. The dishes are exceptional and you can clearly perceive the passion with which they are prepared. Furthermore, the quality of the food is truly excellent and the value for money is unbeatable, especially considering the impeccable atmosphere and service. I can't wait to go back, because this place is truly wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special, romantic and quality place, without spending a fortune.

A rare, simple and classy pearl. Kind and friendly owners. The food is refined, delicious and very tasty. Gnudi are a delicacy. An exceptional venue! If you are in Massa Marittima you cannot take away this joy.

Una esperienza davvero particolare: il locale è molto piccolo, con dieci coperti, ma estremamente accogliente. Il servizio è eccellente, e la cucina brilla per qualità e cura dei dettagli. In coppia, abbiamo avuto prosciutto di mucca, gnudi ai 24 carati (eccezionali), lo stinco di maiale e uno stufato di carni varie. Degno di nota il caffè. Una serata davvero piacevole.
