The experience began before I even sat down at the table, with a warm and personal welcome from the chef himself, who presented himself with rare cordiality. His kindness and attention were not just a detail, but the guarantee that I was about to experience a special night. He guided us through the menu with care and passion, explaining each dish with a wealth of detail that made his dedication and love for Italian cuisine evident. The meal was a celebration of the flavors of Italy. The ingredients were clearly fresh, carefully selected, and prepared with a refined technique that valued simplicity and intensity of flavors. We started with light and delicate starters, followed by handmade pasta that melted in the mouth, bringing the genuine flavor of local ingredients. The main dish was a spectacle in itself, perfectly balanced, with a combination of textures and flavors that impressed with each bite. And to crown the night, the desserts were a true show of flavors – just the right amount of sweets, with an unmistakable artisanal touch. The experience wasn't just about the food. Found by chance while returning from a mountain excursion. Nice tavern type place though. Even though we didn't book, they found us the last available table. We ate an excellent platter with cheeses and cured meats and various first courses. The risotto with pumpkin creamed with Castelmagno cheese and caper powder is spectacular.......a fairytale. The other dishes are also excellent. We didn't eat the second courses.......a reason to go back. The house wine is also excellent. It's worth stopping at this place. Prices are fair and appropriate for the raw materials used. Compliments

I had dinner with my partner towards the end of August. I don't think it has ever happened to me to order a first and second starter and enjoy everything from start to finish. Honest portions, refined and cared for ingredients, service worthy of the beauty of the place and the goodness of the cuisine. A beautiful experience that we will remember for a long time. Ci siamo venuti con amici e si mangia decisamente molto bene: i piatti sono ben serviti ed il prezzo è in linea con la qualità dei piatti.

Arrivati per caso siamo stato accolti con passione e professionalità. Il menù non è banale, gusti ricercati e nuovi tra tradizione e creatività. Piena soddisfazione per piatti scelti, gusti nuovi con identità ben precisa e piacevole. Ottima il servizio. Conto in linea con quello che abbiamo ordinato. Voto ottimo e se potremo lo consiglieremo e ci torneremo volentieri
