After a long search for a place that, with the incessant rain for hours, would let us eat in a typical way and at reasonable prices, my partner and I found this restaurant/pizzeria.
Friendly staff right from the moment of booking, where they immediately made themselves available despite the evening being almost full.
Super good food: there is something for all tastes, both for those who want to eat typical cuisine and for those who prefer pizza or more common dishes! My partner and I were also struck by the kindness, education and friendliness of the staff... Almost like staying in a place we have always known. We also found a lot of customer care and good manners galore!
Super recommended, for us it is absolutely a 10!

Celebrated with my partner a New Year's Eve to remember forever, where we had a wonderful dinner with excellent quality food and served with an uncommon courtesy by Maitre Sabbatino and Staff, a fairytale location inside a cave, to come back without hesitation

We went for lunch, the staff was very kind and recommended a delicious dish of ears in sauce with meatballs for our son.
The bruschetta, the spaghetti with yellow datterino tomatoes and burrata and the Angus steak are excellent.
The homemade desserts are also highly recommended.
We will definitely be back.

Very good pizza with friends, tasty ingredients and light dough. Digestible. How to get there is a bit difficult as is the rest of the Sassi area (old part of the city).

Tipico locale per turisti in pieno centro di Matera, nel mezzo dei Sassi. Location spettacolare come la vista. Proposta per stranieri, ma questo non vuol dire che ci siamo trovati male.
Piatti buoni, ben presentati e con trovate interessanti.
Personale molto preparato e cortese.
Prezzi un po' alti per la Basilicata, ma nella media per i Sassi.
