A real neighborhood trattoria. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We had the onion soup, pork schnitzel, pasta with bolognese Ragu. Dessert was Tiramisu and a kind of rolled biscuit with cream stuffing. It was Halloween and children were coming in for treats (the restaurant has a tray ready). A guy played on the piano and sang out of tune Verdi.
Food was great tasting, atmosphere was homely and price very reasonable.
Highly recommended.

Located in the heart of Bologna, the inn offers a refined, characteristic, and convivial atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, and you can truly find something to eat at any time of day! I'll definitely be back.

We stumbled upon this restaurant near our apartment and it's already become one of our must-visit spots in Bologna. Amazing food, very friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the pumpkin tortelloni with ragù—spectacular!

On a Wednesday evening, my girlfriend and I had dinner at Taverna Re Vallot, and it was a relaxing and satisfying experience. We didn't want a first or second course, so we opted for two platters: one vegetarian with tigelle and the other with cured meats and crescentine. It was an excellent choice, as both were delicious.

Very cozy. The food, tortellini and pizza, was top-notch. The beer was delicious. All in all, a successful dinner.
It's best to make a reservation or just get lucky. Great service despite the restaurant being packed. Highly recommended.

Soul food in the best atmosphere. We stayed in Bologna for 8 days and went here 4 times. Staff is lovely, food and wine are excellent. We loved this place so much, we asked one of the staff members for a selfie photo with us :) highly recommended, especially if you love cats (don’t miss the photo on the last page of the menu!).
