Today Easter 2024 we had lunch, I would say overall sufficient, of the 9 courses only mixed fried fish and ravioli del plin were worthy of note... the dessert was terrible, the other courses were sufficient but not excellent, the service was willing but not professional, the price was average

27/10/2024: Tutto ottimo e ben curato, con un eccellente servizio. Piatti originali e con gusti molto particolari. Buona scelta dei vini.
20/10/2024: E chi si muove di qui. Sicuramente non dopo aver visto appoggiare sul tavolo i porcini fritti ma soprattutto il porcino grigliato sul pure’ robouchon e fondo bruno che costituirà l’apice del nostro desinare. Ma anche gli agnolotti sia nella versione burro e salvia sia in quella ripassata al vino rosso meritano un encomio. Buona la finanziera anche se si presenta in una versione un po’ rivisitata con polpettine alle frattaglie anziché con le frattaglie separate. Peccato veniale. Con i dolci torniamo su alto livello, buonissima la torta alla nocciola con zabaglione caldo. Lista vini che sarebbe interessante se le referenze ci fossero tutte ma correttamente ci segnalano che è in fase di revisione. Ricarichi onesti e servizio molto cortese e veloce. Locale molto carino all’interno di un castello che si trova nel paese di Solero. Conto assolutamente in linea con qualità e quantità del cibo. Molto consigliato.

20/12/2024: From the welcome to the dessert, this place is an elegant pampering for the customer. Non-invasive kindness and professionalism. I didn't try many dishes but the ones I ordered were presented very well and the flavors were authentic. I will definitely come back for the other proposals on the menu. A complete menu at 38 euros I think with the main and typical local dishes was also interesting. Must try! For a bit of privacy and to limit background noise, I recommend asking for a table in the smaller room, where I ate. It was perfect. I'll be back soon! Thanks for the evening. Price appropriate to the service and quality of the raw material. P. S. They also have half-liter bottles of wine, so no waste. Top!
15/12/2024: Ample parking nearby, both paid and free. In the historic center of Alessandria it has now become a classic. It could be defined as a guarantee for the certainty of being at ease and for the quality of the dishes. The place is always welcoming with appropriately spaced tables. Quick, attentive and professional service. The dishes never disappoint. The unsurpassed tasting menu is recommended in terms of quality/price ratio. The tavern's appetizers are excellent, 3 cold and 3 hot, with attention to detail and tasty! Worth mentioning are the agnolotti made according to the Alessandria tradition with thin pasta and filling which is valid as a first and second course. The desserts are another experience from the more classic bunet to the revisited millefeuille. The value for money is excellent! Ideal for a dinner for two or an occasion with friends.
