Delicious dinner and very, very friendly staff. An old-fashioned place that finds its place in everyday life. I loved it, I'll be back. I highly recommend it.

A lovely little restaurant in the center of Bruzolo. They offer so many appetizers (each one better than the last) that you could come here and just eat them. Very clean, professional staff. Highly recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of appetizers offered—about 15, all delicious. There was also a wide selection of first and second courses. Most of the desserts were homemade. The service was fast and dynamic. The woman who served us was knowledgeable and very polite. We asked to say hello to the chef, who is truly passionate about her work. Reading some of the negative reviews, I was a little worried. It's clear that not all the flavors are "mint flavored," but some comments are downright nasty. The dining room where we ate was clean and well-appointed. I went to the bathroom and found it super clean and recently renovated. I'd say everything was truly excellent, and we'll definitely be back.

A delightful lunch stop. We ate at Dior with our two large dogs. Impeccable service, exceptional kindness, and quality food. The gnocchi alla Toma and peaches with chocolate and amaretto are highly recommended.

A typical Val di Susa restaurant/bar. Simple, no-frills, welcoming, and clean. The service is prompt and friendly. The cuisine is traditional Piedmontese, with generous, beautifully presented portions. The quality/price ratio is fair. We'll be back as soon as possible... Congratulations!
