04/05/2025: Old-fashioned trattoria, without a thousand pretensions but which hides the soul of a starred restaurant.
Starting with the bread served at the table, with turmeric, the black one, breadsticks, vegetable bread, all made by the chef.
Special dishes, just with the starter you would be full, mixed land, very high quality cured meats, cheeses, vegetable rattatouille, nerves, chicken and fried dumplings that will drive you crazy.
Very good first and second courses, we took the ossobuco with yellow risotto, ravioli (homemade) filled with ricotta, with prawns and asparagus.
You eat meat and fish, both of high quality and developed in a sublime way.
Note to remember: SWEETS
Also made by the chef, with delicious tarts and millefeuille.
Adequate price but still very low by standards.
You enter with a smile, you leave even better.
