I've been to this restaurant before, and had a much better experience. For my main course, I had ravioli with ossobuco. The filling was a bit too thin, and the portion was small. The bread we were served was almost uncooked; the bread that accompanied the caponata was also a sore point; it was clearly visible that it had been badly defrosted too quickly in the pan.
The tiramisu, even considering the price, wasn't convincing; the cream was too greasy and stringy.
I consider the experience not excellent, just a touch above average; I'll definitely give it another try.

Nicely decorated in mountain style, the young, highly professional waitresses offer prompt service, excellent traditional Bergamo food, a wide and carefully selected wine list, and ample free parking. Conclusion: a pleasant surprise, definitely worth a try.

A quaint restaurant with a touch of modernity and luxury. Professional and friendly staff. The atmosphere is tidy, quiet, and well-designed.
The prices are more than fair for the level of service and quality of the food.
I recommend it to anyone looking for an intimate evening with a partner.

I discovered this place during a stay at San Pellegrino and it was a pleasant discovery!
An old-fashioned osteria, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, in a family-friendly setting, furnished with unique period pieces, like the jukebox at the entrance... truly beautiful 🤩
The staff is very kind, friendly, and helpful.
The dishes offered are reminiscent of Bergamo tradition.
I wanted to try their traditional appetizer, with cured meats, cheeses, caponata, spinach meatballs, Russian salad, and a savory waffle, all accompanied by bread and whipped butter... truly delicious.
For my first course, I chose the risotto with rabbit sauce, rabbit bottarga, and burnt lemon.
The dish wasn't bad, but the lemon dominated everything a bit. Overall, though, I liked it.
The donkey stew with taragna polenta was also very good, with the meat truly flavorful and tender.
To finish, a classic apple pie, still warm, accompanied by a scoop of gelato.
A truly charming little place that I recommend if you're near San Pellegrino, where the quality-price ratio is still very good!

Truly excellent restaurant. High-quality, carefully prepared dishes, served in an original way. Definitely among the best in the Brembana Valley. I've been there several times and it has never disappointed. Highly recommended.

I'm afraid Sunday lunch is the worst time of year. Too many people, too chaotic, with deafening acoustics, and the quality of the food (which I've heard rave reviews about) isn't extraordinary. It's not easy cooking for hundreds of guests. I'll try to return during the week.
