A warm and welcoming place with friendly staff. The menu features typical local fare; we tried the spinach meatballs, donkey stew, and venison stew with taragna polenta. Highly recommended; we'll be back.

This is already the second time we go to lunch here. We don't live nearby but we love to come. Why? The food is fabulous, many traditional dishes of Bergamo cuisine, the service is excellent, they are very welcoming and there is a beautiful view. We just celebrated a birthday here. See you soon!
PS: EVERYTHING is delicious, but the donkey stew with polenta taragna is a delight!!!

Very nice place, super welcoming with a very quiet atmosphere. We had the opportunity to dine on the outside terrace and it was super pleasant.
The food was excellent, good quality of raw materials. The ribs are highly recommended!

We had already dined at this restaurant in the past and had a good time. This time we chose it to have lunch on the veranda, surrounded by greenery, on a weekday.
We chose the tasting menu for €35/p.p. including an appetizer (a platter of cold cuts and cheese and other local specialties), casoncelli alla bergamasca (fresh pasta, homemade, delicious filling and crispy sage), donkey stew "dad's recipe" (tasty and very soft) with polenta taragna (well seasoned but not greasy), homemade tiramisu (the ladyfingers were a bit dry but the goodness of the mascarpone cream made up for the lack). Apart from mineral water, wine and coffee.
For the goodness, quality and quantity of the food (optimal) we did well to choose La Staletta to celebrate our anniversary!
