Excellent experience, food and homely atmosphere of times gone by! Highly recommend, especially the fresh artichoke salad!

Beautiful and delicious restaurant!

Simple environment of other times, fascinating, not contaminated by globalization, by insignificant modernity. When you enter La Spigola you take a dive into the past, into the Milan that was, the real, authentic Milan. The express cuisine, everything fresh made at the moment. Cora and Pasquale are exceptional, hospitable, efficient, discreet and super friendly. Both the pizza and the cuisine are excellent. 100% recommended It's always a great pleasure to return.

Small family-run restaurant, there are few like this now. Delicious home cooking at very honest prices and the owners are super nice. Highly recommended

im writing this review as someone who has just been to italy for the first time.. so i dont really know the real authentic traditional pasta taste like😭 me and my friend, we order the pasta (pesto and carbonara) and later on added a pizza for me who really loves pasta, the pesto for me was too herbal (if i may say), i mean its something u can smell so strong even from a distance like a herbal smell. i dont mind, but quite shocked 🤣 and both of our pasta were too salty for us, i did enjoy it still, it gave us a super homey vibe.. i believe the one who cooks and serve us was also the owner? for the other pasta, carbonara, it was okay. for me, as someone who doesn't really like my pasta super creamy, this is still considered good. but the bacon bits are toooooo little the pizza.. wowww, its really unique! a combination of everything (we ordered a vegetarian option though), + extra cheese its not the type of food that you can feel "too much" of because of the taste. it just gives you enough of everything! would love to go back one day, but sadly none of them were english speakers☹️ so its quite hard to communicate

Time has stopped: the dishes, the old TV, the furniture, the owners. Once inside it is not at all easy to establish which decade you are eating. Sincere place. The food meets expectations.

Revelation! An atmospheric restaurant with traditions. The best we've ever been to. We found it by accident last year and specifically visited again on our next visit to Milan. During our holiday we were there every day. The quality and taste of the dishes are indescribable. Delicious! We recommend it to the whole family! We will come back for sure :)
