Like every year, I'm a regular at Gianluca's. He's an excellent, friendly host, and the cuisine is superb, with authentic Sicilian flavors. You deserve top marks for everything. I'll definitely be back.

We went for the gluten free pizza and were not disappointed, all pizzas on the menu can be made gluten free and were very nice! Staff were very friendly and a lovely outside area to sit. Parking is available on the street but fills up fast.

One of the top pizzerias in the hinterland!! Elegant location both inside and out. Truly delicious pizza and dinner with traditional dishes and delicacies. Friendly and qualified staff, and then there's Gianluca (the owner), fantastic, friendly, sociable, and a true host! Highly recommended!

Recommended by my sister-in-law for a quiet, carefree evening. Excellent pizza, adequate and fairly fast service. The pistachio semifreddo is spectacular. I definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful meal and sat at this charming trattoria! The garden, with its atmospheric lighting, is absolutely beautiful! There's a wide selection of pizza, pasta, antipasti, and more. We started with the wild mushroom brunchetta and followed with two pasta dishes. Unfortunately, we were out of ravioli, but they made the same with a different pasta. So sweet! We really enjoyed it! The staff is helpful, and the owner is the icing on the cake!

05/10/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at Da Mimmo restaurant in Catania, and the experience was, without exaggeration, absolutely excellent in every way. ​From the moment you arrive, you can sense the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff: a warm, courteous, and always available team that makes you feel at home from the first moment. The service was impeccable, perfectly timed and with great attention to detail. A special round of applause goes to them for making the evening so enjoyable! ​And then there's the food: a true celebration of Catanian and Sicilian culinary traditions, but with a twist. Every dish we tasted was cooked to perfection, with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. From appetizers to dessert, every bite was a pleasure. If you love authentic and refined flavors, Da Mimmo is the place to be. ​In short, Da Mimmo isn't just a restaurant, it's an experience. The excellence of the staff combined with the superb quality of the food create a winning combination! 5 out of 5 stars! Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food in Catania.

15/10/2025: I celebrated my daughter's confirmation with a family lunch, and everything was perfect, from the elegant decor to the impeccable service. My guests and I were blown away by the deliciousness of all the dishes. A charming location and helpful staff. I will be back to sample the chef's dishes again.

Excellent lunch, tasty and carefully prepared dishes. Excellent table service, with staff who were very attentive to the guests' needs. Highly recommended.
