Definitely a high-level restaurant with a very varied menu and a well-stocked cellar. What we were served was excellent. The price is higher than average but it's worth it. The location is also very nice.

We had dinner at La Spelunca for the 1st my daughter's birthday, We had a pleasant evening thanks to the professionalism of the staff, the atmosphere but above all the good food, Unique dishes of their kind, It was all very good. Everything impeccable. Everything of quality!! So much so that I received compliments right from the starter! It's the first time I've left a place without finding a flaw (it can happen that there are some) Hard to believe.. But really everything was perfect from start to finish! The review is related to the restaurant. Excellent location in the historic center of Santa Maria Capua Vetere just a few meters away. from the mithraeum and very close to the archaeological museum and the amphitheatre. The impact is positive both for the environments with attention to detail and for the professionalism and courtesy of the employees. The dishes we ordered were all of a high standard, in particular the two portions of aubergine parmigiana. All positive. Advised

A fabulous place, excellent cuisine, qualified staff

Unfortunately I haven't seen the rooms but I give a 5 on trust. but we ate. Particular place, with soft colors to make guests feel at ease, refined and particular pictures and statuettes, lots of greenery. Pleasant The best and finest cuts are on view, as is the large quantity of fine wines. Young staff dedicated to their work, with particular attention to customer needs. On the waiter's recommendation we tasted some tagliatelle with fresh porcini mushrooms and sausage, delicately delicious. A perfectly cooked entrecote and a side dish of triple-cooked potatoes. To finish I chose the house tiramisu, delicious. Highly recommended. But then there was you and with you everything is more beautiful and better, my sweet heart

I expected much more given the selection of meat it featured...but I've had much better elsewhere. The wine was also a big NO, it was an organic, mix of grapes between Casavecchia and pallagrello. Excellent location but I don't think I will return
