12/12/2024: I was at the Caminetto restaurant by pure chance and it was a great surprise. We took 2 strascinati alla Norcina, portion more than right, very balanced consistencies and flavours. For the second course we had the grilled lamb with rosemary potatoes and the braised veal cheek with puree. Here we could see the chef's hand very well, the raw materials are really good and worked with skill. The braised cheek is simply butter and the mash perfectly smooth and perfectly flavoured, the rosemary potatoes are often a flaw in restaurants I have tried, these melt in your mouth, cooked to perfection, grilled lamb juicy and flavourful. High quality desserts. Prices more than fair. I will definitely go back.
