The saffron crumble, for example, paired with the ravioli al plin with Fassona beef stew, is interesting. The table service is friendly and attentive; however, on the day we visited, it was a bit slow, likely due to a lack of staff. In any case, the care taken in preparing the dishes makes up for the wait. Overall, an excellent dining experience: authentic cuisine, well-balanced flavors, and a pleasant atmosphere that invites you to return.

This restaurant serving Piedmont cuisine offers an interesting menu with creative dishes and a cozy atmosphere. The freshly baked homemade bread served before the meal was absolutely delicious - warm and full of flavor. However, I felt that something was missing in some of the dishes; they were good, but not quite impressive. The dining room was full, and the wait for the food was quite long. The waitress seemed to handle almost everything herself: greeting guests, serving drinks and food, and even managing payments. It looked like the place could really use an extra staff member, maybe a bartender, to help speed things up. Overall, it’s a pleasant restaurant with great potential, and with a few improvements, it could offer a much better dining experience.
