The restaurant is nice and well-presented, the ambiance is well-kept, and overall it makes a good impression. Unfortunately, however, the experience was completely ruined by the wait times. It was truly shameful to have to wait 30 to 40 minutes between courses. Such a long wait is unacceptable, especially when you have other plans after dinner. These delays ruined my evening, as I was unable to fulfill my subsequent commitments. I left with tears in my eyes. Not only did I not eat well at all, but they also ruined my plans because of their excessive delay and the wait times between courses. I didn't want to cause a scene and leave because I was having dinner with my boss. It's a real shame, because the place has potential, but such slow service is inexcusable. I definitely won't repeat this experience, and I will never return to this restaurant again.

What can I say...all-around excellent. The atmosphere is refined, clean, and beautifully decorated. The food was excellent, from appetizer to dessert... I had the Fassona beef tartare, the ravioli del plin, and the amaretto panna cotta, but I tried the other dishes served by the other guests, and everything was excellent. The portions were average. The price was reasonable. The service was excellent, and the waitress was truly kind. We'll definitely be back.

This restaurant and its chef are always worth a trip to sample the delicious, sublimely presented culinary offerings on the menu, especially the dreamy "finanziera." The service is punctual and attentive, the wine list is remarkable, and the prices are reasonable.

The service was a bit slow!! We enjoyed the food... but I thought the service was a bit fast, and we stayed three and a half hours, which felt like a wedding for a simple menu... and we didn't do the walking tour of the town because of the train schedule. Sorry...

Without a doubt, the best restaurant in Nizza Monferrato! Exceptional, carefully prepared dishes, top-quality ingredients, homemade bread and pasta, and excellent value. Perfect service. Highly recommended!!! ❤️
