Lunch in a scorching 17.8. Excellent quality ingredients, excellent presentation, well-balanced portions for the €25 tasting menu. Recommended. The owner and waitress, who handled table service, orders, and cash register all by themselves, put in a great effort, with the restaurant packed both inside and out. Compliments to the chef, and our appreciation, because it's not easy managing everything with young people who disdain offers of work in the restaurant business. Reservations are recommended, as is the rest of the restaurant. Well done, go ahead, be proud!!!!

What a surprising little restaurant in the heart of Nizza Monferrato! We had the smaller €25 menu. It started with a delicious, surprising amuse-bouche from the house. Then we had an appetizer, pasta, and dessert. Everything was delicious and festively presented. We had delicious warm bread and a delicious Dolcetto from their own production. The lady who served us was friendly and professional. All in all, highly recommended!

We discovered La Preja by chance while visiting Nizza Monferrato, and it turned out to be a memorable highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a gracious and knowledgeable hostess who made us feel truly valued and cared for. Though the à la carte menu offered plenty of tempting options, we chose the degustation menu due to time constraints—a decision we didn’t regret. The restaurant itself is a hidden gem: understated yet elegant, with calming tones and a refined, minimalist décor that immediately sets the tone for a relaxed dining experience. The degustation menu was a true celebration of Piemontese cuisine, featuring local ingredients prepared with care and creativity. Every course was flawlessly executed—each bite a harmonious balance of flavour and texture. The chef’s expert touch with seasoning elevated even the simplest of ingredients into something extraordinary. If you find yourself in the area, we wholeheartedly recommend giving La Preja a try. It’s a place where genuine hospitality meets exceptional food—an experience not to be missed.
