An evening with a table of about fifteen people. The atmosphere was informal, almost light-hearted, I'd venture. Good food and good wine. The menu was a bit limited. Typical cuisine.

When you enter a restaurant and see a few tables, 9 and a half times out of 10 you have made the right choice. Trained and very kind staff, possibility of taking dishes and tasting menus also in vegetarian versions. Really good and well presented dishes! Wide choice of typical and non-typical wines. Highly recommended if you visit Pisa!

The food is really amazing. I go on business trips monthly to different places and have had a lot of good food. I seldom leave reviews but this one is different. I was ordering dishes from the regular menu but the quality of the food is no less than some tasting menu from good restaurants. I was thrilled.

Cena sublime! Ogni piatto nasce dall’abbinamento audace di più ingredienti ciascuno dei quali conserva la sua individualità senza mai prevalere sugli altri. Un’esperienza olistica che coinvolge tutti i sensi : tra sapori unici, profumi deliziosi ed una musica di sottofondo sempre ricercata. Per i vini bisogna solo affidarsi ai consigli di Enrico, un fuoriclasse.

la sosta è situata in centro storico e presenta personale gentile, ottima selezione di vini, cibo ottimo e location accogliente e con materie prime di prima scelta.

Amazing vegetarian 5-course dish (the asparagus soup was something of the best food we recently tasted), the waiter was very cordial. If we had stayed longer in Pisa, we would have tried the new menu the following day. Absolutely recommendable!

23/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nice bar, welcoming and always clean. Excellent breakfasts, really good cappuccinos and croissants. The staff is friendly, smiling and makes you feel at ease right away.
09/10/2025: I've always found the staff at the counter to be friendly and smiling, and vegan, lactose-free, and even gluten-free options are available. Among the best I've ever found! There's also a small internal garden where you can sit for breakfast (or something else).
