La Sosta de' Golosi In Firenze

I had dinner in this lovely Theor with a view of the Duomo. Greeted by a very kind waiter Carmelo who offered us an exceptional Florentine steak: around 1.7 kg of soft, almost raw meat on a smoking stone cutting board! Congratulations to the Chef for the cooking and compliments to the farmer for the goodness of the meat. To conclude... sublime cheesecake! What can I say, the name was never so suitable: a real stop for gourmets! We'll be back!

Everything was perfect, delicious and it didn't take long for the food to arrive.

The staff here don't just take your order; they help you pick the best meal and wine combo. The pizza I had was super fresh and tasted amazing, I definitely wanted more! And if you're into it, they've got a great selection of grappa for after your meal.

This place is a nice and short walk from the Duomo and is very worth it! We had an amazing dinner and the staff is so friendly and will suggest wine to go with your dinner. It’s definitely on my top restaurant list for Florence.

Hidden gem off the Main Street.

It is a general rule to avoid restaurants located in the shadows of popular tourist attractions. This is my first exception in 45 years of traveling. I HIGHLY recommend this place! As an old pizza connoisseur, I found their pizza to be outstanding. All of the other dishes we've ordered were similarly impressive. They take great pride in their food offerings and you will not be disappointed. We now live about 2 hours from Florence, but we always find a way to stop in here for a visit and a delicious meal.

Excellent products and very kind and friendly staff, recommended

Very friendly staff, very delicious croissants. In an area with chain bars and bars for tourists, this is a very nice little corner with local people... but when paying I found out that for serving at the table, they charge you 3 euros for a cappuccino! And they don't give you explanations. I wish they had told me sooner!

Excellent bar/snack shop in the heart of Florence, a good stop if you want to stay central without spending too much. Courteous and approachable staff, good aperitif!
