If you like gelato you must try. One of the places in the heart of Bologna that you must visit during your stay. It is located in the old part of the center. Wonderful people who run this place... Great experts in the business they are engaged in, they have been doing business as a family for 25 years and some of them for over 40 years and keep the tradition... This is a wonderful story about a family and their joint business and a to a successful story with the best possible quality, because only if you do it that way can you preserve the tradition... Thank you for your hospitality...

There are probably 150 ice cream parlors in Bologna. And everywhere we can find entries that this or that one serves the best ice cream....😉. Having my own ice cream parlor, I try not to publicly judge others... but I will make an exception here. All the milk ice creams I tried had good texture and consistency. There is no arguing about flavors because each of us perceives them a little differently. Very honestly made and solid portions. Because it was January, sorbets didn't steal my heart, but unfortunately that's winter in the ice cream business... We don't visit this place with colors and light for the decoration🤔. Very clean. It's worth it!!!

Il gelato è semplicemente buonissimo (ho provato cioccolato e crema all'uovo)ed il servizio impeccabile ed accogliente. Ne vale la pena!!

Pour cette nouvelle visite à Bologne depuis 2017 je ne pouvais pas manquer de me rendre à la Sorbetteria Castiglione pour ses glaces faites maison sur place aux goût délicieux et au choix très large et original de parfums. Un peu éloigné du centre ville mais ça vaut le détour.

Having traveled to three different towns in Italy on this trip, this has undoubtedly been the highlight of our journey so far. Thank you for making our experience truly memorable!
17/01/2025: The food is great, we went two evenings while we were in Bologna. The service is fast, the staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are a little more expensive than other restaurants. If we go to Bologna again, we will stop by to eat.
