17/12/2024: Historic macrobiotic restaurant in Bologna which changed location a few years ago. I didn't know it but I was intrigued by the location and proposals offered. Largely satisfied. My daughter was delighted with an exquisite fish dish presented in a truly elegant and refined way... I just enjoyed the rich, varied and quality vegetarian mix. The staff also gave us the opportunity to blow out the candle. Thank you We will try to return The bright, not large and informal environment makes you feel like you are in a large community, without the hassle of proximity but with the pleasure of being among different people with the desire to experiment with a slightly different style of eating that...maybe... .it could become everyday life..too much banging....I would like their chefs at home
