The place may not have a particularly atmospheric atmosphere, the restaurant is quite small. The food is very tasty. Interesting flavors, everything well seasoned. Very good wine for 21 euros a bottle. Large portions. Prices quite high. Delicious pistachio cake.

Very nice place and friendly staff. Essential and refined menu. The dishes I tried were very good and portions were more than honest. Very fair price. If I return to Padua you will definitely see me again!

SUPER GOOD appetizers! Ate very well. Then the risotto with radicchio and tastasale is INCREDIBLE! Excellent portions, welcoming place. I will definitely return in the future. I highly recommend it.

Excellent tavern in the centre... not a huge place but very welcoming and tastefully furnished... excellent and characteristic dishes... waitress Michelle is professional in explaining the various dishes and very friendly.... I will definitely come back

Sono stato da Osteria La Sofia durante una mini vacanza con la mia compagna ed è stata una piacevole scoperta Il locale non è grande , ma il cibo è be curato e il personale è accogliente e preparato Inoltre i piatti devono dire veramente buoni e con materiali di prima qualità Sicuramente consigliato Come cibo mi sento di consigliare il baccalà mantecato su polenta bianca e i bigoli , veramente buoni buoni

Piccola osteria con patron e personale cortese che ci hanno accolti anche senza prenotazione. Due polente bianche con baccalà mantecato accompagnate da altrettanti calici di bianco del Collio. Ottimi entrambi! Un risotto al radicchio e salsiccia molto gustoso ma appena un tantino troppo cotto. Un bigolo al sugo di anatra ottimo, dal sapore ben deciso accompagnato da un calice di ottimo rosso friulano. Una grappa barricata 903, ovviamente ottima. Euro 69.00. Consigliata!

04/05/2025: We try to visit Isola di Caprera when in Padova. Last time we had lunch. We were assisted by Matteo, very experienced person, who runs the dining area smoothly. I recommend Bigoli al ragu d'anatra, Filetto al pepe verde (exploding in your mouth and precisely prepared), seppie ala veneziana. The Baccala was geared for those who love it - we found that we're not crazy about it. A great compensation were both Riesling and Lugana Otella. Good value for your money. Recommend.

12/05/2025: An unforgettable New Year's Eve! I had dinner here for New Year's Eve and I can only say that it was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, the service impeccable and the atmosphere perfect to celebrate the beginning of the new year. I also wanted to give a special thanks to a guy named Adam, who with his smile and kindness made the evening even more special. Despite my constant requests, he was always available and made me feel comfortable. A real pleasure! Thank you so much for making this evening unique.
