Caffè Pedrocchi was a meeting place for intellectuals and writers, a hub for balls, parties, and business negotiations. It is one of the historic buildings, one of the most famous, and also one of the largest cafés of the 19th century. It remains a symbol of the city of Padua. To bring us back to modern times, we tried their famous mint coffee, a blend of 100% Arabica espresso, a fresh cream emulsion, mint syrup, and a dusting of bitter cocoa. A coffee with a truly exceptional, unique flavor. A must-try if you come to Padua. Although there was a bit of a line, the staff was quick and attentive—excellent.

28/03/2026: I can't review the restaurant, but I can say I had a very good dinner, with a fantastic express risotto with liver, an excellent beef straeca (I thought only horse meat was available), and a delicious almond dessert. The service was fast, precise, and friendly.
