Cozy restaurant in the San Salvario area. It is a typical restaurant of the area where it offers different solutions: from the fixed menu (3 of which one fish, one typical Piedmontese and one vegetarian) to the à la carte menu. The frisella decomposed with mussels and the grissinopoli cooked in a really crispy way are very good. Young, sociable and very prepared staff. Recommended place for a nice dinner in the San Salvario area.

Restaurant suitable for any diet, with vegan and gluten-free options. From our experience some very good dishes, innovative and well studied between flavors and consistencies, while the "standard" ones are a bit monotonous. Also interesting is the wine selection.

Good choice and refined menu. Regular service. We ate outside, on the platform along the road, where some cars pass and every now and then you have to say "no thanks" to some beggars... but the restaurant can do very little about this. Not cheap.

La Societa dei Carbonari - definitivly a place to visit here in Torino. We enjoyed our stay at this nice small restaurant. Fine food and very nice people.

Ottimo posto con proposte buone e originali. Locale giovane, si trovano qualità e fantasia. Ottima là tartare di carne con salsa bagna cauda, una menzione particolare ai primi, plin squisiti, ravioli di cervo delicato e caserecce con crema ai porri e carciofi ben cotti e non è facile quando si tratta di caserecce. Una nota di merito per la guancia di vitello, morbidissima e gustosa. Era tanto che non la mangiavo così buona. Dessert tutti interessanti, ma il crème caramel alla liquirizia con salsa di latte al rosmarino e’ stato notevole. Bravissimi e complimenti. Torneremo presto!

Posto davvero carino e curato in ogni dettaglio, nel quartiere di San Salvario.
La ragazza che ci ha servito è stata di una simpatia e disponibilità eccezionali, anche l' altro ragazzo (forse il proprietario?) è stato molto disponibile e alla mano.
Purtroppo oggi giorno trovare camerieri disponibili e sorridenti è una rarità!bravi,continuate così!
Abbiamo preso 1 antipasto,3 secondi, 3 dolci, 1 bottiglia di vino da 26€, acqua e coperti per un totale di 119€.
Per quello che abbiamo mangiato e bevuto(qualità e quantità) prezzo onesto.
Da provare!
