An old-fashioned tavern with authentic flavors and a timeless atmosphere. The young but friendly owners are efficient, friendly, and welcoming. Excellent food. We were very well advised!

Good, but I've had better elsewhere. The dishes are meant to be unique, with a nod to tradition and the needs of diverse palates, but perhaps some lack a bit of character, which leads one to say that the portions are generous but not always worth the price. The best dish was the bonet. We'll return for the atmosphere and the kindness of the staff.

A friend took me out for dinner, and I have to say, I was really satisfied.
Vegan dishes, few, but well-prepared and really good.
Excellent service, the tattooed waiter was very kind and attentive.
Really good dessert.
Very nice and tidy place, young staff.
I highly recommend it.

I've been there several times, always finding a comfortable atmosphere, both in the location and in the attention paid to me as a customer. Dishes that demonstrate the chef's talent and research, fun and refined, complex but not overdone.
When you leave, you remember this, not the bill.

During a two-day trip to Turin with friends, we discovered the Carbonari restaurant in San Salvario, near the city center.
A very pleasant place with limited seating. The staff is young, but very attentive and friendly.
We decided to try some typical Piedmontese dishes, which, with a few reinterpretations, enhance the flavor even more.
Recommended!

I can only praise this restaurant, where I ate two nights ago. It's located in the San Salvario neighborhood, between Porta Nuova station and Valentino Park. It's a welcoming place, with just the right number of seats, elegant yet modern.
At this restaurant, you can enjoy typical Piedmontese specialties.
I had a pumpkin appetizer (light but very pleasant), followed by the famous agnolotti del Plin, truly delicious. To finish, a pumpkin tart accompanied by a chestnut mousse. A bottle of still water was also included. I spent around €30, a fair price for the quality of the products. The staff was friendly and cheerful.
Highly recommended!

A friend had advised to go Here so finally we did. Food was very creatively presented and all dishes tasted very good. I had venison with polenta, and chocolate/caramel dessert. Good local wine brought it all together. Lovely service by good looking waiter :)
