The pizza is simply fantastic. The classic dough (as well as the alternative ones) is satiating, digestible and fragrant. One of the best pizzerias in Canavese, in my opinion. Too bad that, in 2025, there won't even be an option for vegans. Many people choose to no longer consume animal products, both for ethics and for intolerances, especially to dairy products. And veg products (for example: cashew and almond-based cheeses, vegetable cured meats, dried fruit creams, smoked or flavored tofu...) can be found literally everywhere at very low prices, even in discount stores!
I hope this observation can stimulate the restaurant to include at least one alternative on the menu; that would be wonderful!

In posizione abbastanza isolata con ampio parcheggio, il locale si presenta, a parte il bel soffitto in mattoni a vista, un po’ anonimo.
Cucina tipica napoletana a mio giudizio eseguita in maniera non pienamente soddisfacente: pizze discretamente farcite ma con il bordo parzialmente bruciato e burratina con crudo e gnocco fritto su un letto di rucola appassita.
Personalmente poi non gradisco che le portate calde siano adagiate sulle verdure crude, che a quel punto cuociono diventando immangiabili e impresentabili, e neanche la burrata e il prosciutto crudo sulla pasta fritta, scenograficamente piacevoli ma con trasferimento reciproco di calore e liquidi.
Servizio rapido e cortese.
Comfort acustico tale da consentire di chiacchierare senza dover alzare il volume della voce.

In a fairly isolated position with ample parking, the place appears, apart from the beautiful exposed brick ceiling, a bit anonymous.
Typical Neapolitan cuisine in my opinion executed in a not fully satisfactory manner: discreetly stuffed pizzas but with partially burnt edges and burratina with raw ham and fried gnocco on a bed of withered rocket.
Personally, I don't like hot dishes being placed on raw vegetables, which at that point cook and become inedible and unpresentable, nor do burrata and raw ham on fried pasta, which are spectacularly pleasant but with mutual transfer of heat and liquids.
Quick and courteous service.
Acoustic comfort such as to allow you to chat without having to raise the volume of your voice.

I would start by saying that this place is a guarantee, fantastic staff with lots of precise, attentive, friendly but above all warm-hearted people. the place is taken care of down to the smallest details. Delicious pizzas with a soft dough, every bite is a unique delicacy, amazing desserts and excellent prices. I recommend everyone to come to this place, you will absolutely enjoy it! I also forgot to praise their delicious cocktails with a lot of research into the raw material! like everything else!
