How to transport yourself to Naples even if you're in Alta Valtellina.
Without a doubt, one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, with excellent quality ingredients, not to mention the desserts, which are also a real highlight!

One of the best pizzas in the area, with different doughs made with different wheats depending on the day, and high-quality ingredients, from the flour to the simple tomato sauce, mozzarella, and more.
If you're passing through Bormio, I absolutely recommend it.
I don't know what to say about the food because I haven't tried it, except for the babà 😁, which is also delicious.

For dinner with my family, we decided to go to this bistro-pizzeria. Look... Such a good pizza, not just in the dough but also in every single ingredient, made our dinner fantastic. The sciat appetizer wasn't exactly what you'd expect (visually), but it was very good. The assorted desserts were each more inviting than the last (displayed in the window) and delicious. We'll definitely be back next weekend! Sorry, I didn't take any photos because good things are meant to be eaten.

Excellent dough and ingredients, but the ambiance and prices need rethinking.
The pizza is undoubtedly good: although Neapolitan tradition calls for a wood-fired oven, here I found excellent leavening and quality ingredients. We tried a Calabrese (the contrast between the 'nduja and ricotta was excellent) and a Bufalina with very fresh yellow and red cherry tomatoes.
However, there were some aspects that didn't entirely convince me:
• The location: The ambiance is a bit dated and doesn't reflect the atmosphere of a Neapolitan pizzeria. The prevalence of wood almost evokes a "cabin" style, lacking the typical warmth one would expect from a place serving this type of product.
• The prices: I understand the need to adapt to the local context and am happy to accept a premium for the quality, but €18 for a gourmet pizza (like Umami) seems excessive. I think that at 14-15 euros, it would already guarantee an excellent profit margin, making it fairer for the customer.
I would therefore suggest lowering the prices by a couple of euros (even on desserts).
In short: the food is good, but the balance between the overall experience (location + price) and the final product is currently a bit unbalanced.
Probably the best pizza I've ever eaten. It's great that they offer a different dough every day, in addition to the classic one. The delivery was very quick despite the large crowd, and the price was excellent.

If you're looking for authentic Neapolitan pizza, this is the place. The dough is like a cloud: incredibly light and with a high crust that's out of this world. I really liked the menu because it offers both traditional classic pizzas and more unusual and sophisticated combinations, all with high-quality ingredients.
The interior is really cute; there's lots of wood, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Even though it was quite crowded, the service was super fast; we didn't have to wait forever for our food.
The prices are fair for the quality. I'll definitely be back!
