I come from outside Milan specifically for the excellent Sicilian granita, delicious Sicilian cannoli, and excellent brioches. Very friendly staff. I always love coming back 😘

Best Granita Siciliana we had in Milano. They used actual strawberries, our kids loved it. The cream on top of the Granita was homemade and outstanding.

I go there at least once or twice a week for breakfast. Since I live very close by, I also occasionally stop by in the afternoon. Over the months, I've tried various pastries, desserts, and drinks, and I can honestly say I've never been disappointed, but always positively impressed. I often recommend it to friends, too. The granitas are probably among the best in the area. I also understand the type of organization, which might seem a bit cumbersome if you're used to small-town cafes, but which in my opinion is necessary to ensure proper order management, especially during the busiest hours... which is no small feat in a dynamic place like Milan, where you never know who you'll find at your table at any moment (and I speak as someone with experience in the industry).

I'll start by saying that, unfortunately, I'm not of Sicilian origin, but I fell madly in love with Sicily, its colors, scents, and flavors years ago. Sicilian granita immediately won my heart, and I've always looked for a place in Milan where I could enjoy real Sicilian granita, and I finally found it...here!!!! Truly delicious, after the first spoonful, my mind went back to the first moment I tasted it in Taormina. Mulberries, almonds, and cream...real cream!! The almond pastries and arancini are also excellent. I can't wait to go back for breakfast. Congratulations to all the staff at "La Siciliana" for their kindness and professionalism. I went to this beautiful place with my wife for breakfast. The staff was kind and friendly. You have to wait a bit outside, but it was worth it. We had coffee with a brioche and a babà—everything was very good. We got the arancini to go, they were delicious. We'll definitely be back.
