Excellent, old farmhouse but well-kept inside, here the meat tasted, a fillet, simply perfect from the requested cooking to the flavor and tenderness, meat to eat without adding anything or losing the goodness, I recommend it to fine palates!

Had a wonderful diner together with my girlfriend! Entering the trattoria we were amazed by its charming interior. The waiter that helped us was really kind. The owner of the restaurant still helping where possible for his age such as wonderful experience! The food… Perfection! Thank you for treating us with this traditional cooking!

It is not just an excellent restaurant: it is a rare example of how quality and humanity can be combined. The dishes are carefully prepared, with high-quality ingredients, but what really remains is the warmth of the people.
The owner Cristos, together with all the staff (Blessing and Antonio in particular) welcomed us in a professional and authentic way on an evening when, with the restaurant full, the electricity went out due to a fault: it could have become a disaster, instead it became an example of style. No nervousness, only smiles, courtesy and respect.
That moment made us understand one thing: Le Scuderie is not just a place where you eat well. It is a place where you feel good. And this is worth more than anything.

Buonissima trattoria a Bologna . Ambiente curato e caratteristico proprio perché riadattato da antica scuderia a ristorante con cura e amore per i dettagli. Conduzione familiare . Cibo ottimo cucinato con maestria e materie prima di qualità fanno che qsta trattoria sia un piacere dall’antipasto al dolce ! Da provare non ve ne pentirete
