Excellent impression. The food was truly delicious, and the wine was excellent. The lady who took the orders was very helpful and gave excellent recommendations, and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The space isn't very large, but the tables are well-spaced. I'd just point out that there's a bit of noise from customers talking, but that's not really a bad thing; it depends on the type of evening you're having. I highly recommend it. Try the cotoletta alla bolognese at least once; you'll be truly surprised.

There are places that, more than restaurants, feel like obligatory stops for the heart. La Scuderia, just outside Bologna, is one of them: an authentic, rustic, and genuine meeting place, where every return to Emilia-Romagna also becomes a return to one's roots.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with that convivial tone that only the true Emilia can offer. The menu is a declaration of love for tradition: tortellini in broth (or in cream, Bolognese par excellence), prepared with respect and precision, are worth the visit alone.
The cotoletta alla Bolognese, however, unfortunately doesn't always manage to maintain the same intensity of the experience: on crowded evenings, it risks coming out lukewarm, if not cold. And here, as we know, a lukewarm cotoletta is a halved cotoletta. The risk is that the pleasure of the whole thing—from the breading to everything else, right down to the savory flavor of the prosciutto—is lost, transforming a classic into a forgettable dish.
The wine list is well-selected, with a focus on local wines, although a greater variety of rosé and sparkling wines would enhance the offerings.
What makes the difference, however, is the staff: genuine smiles, courtesy, and helpfulness. A sincere kindness that conveys the profound essence of Emilia's gastronomy: not just excellent dishes, but a culture of hospitality that becomes heartfelt.

Excellent, old farmhouse but well-kept inside, here the meat tasted, a fillet, simply perfect from the requested cooking to the flavor and tenderness, meat to eat without adding anything or losing the goodness, I recommend it to fine palates!

Buonissima trattoria a Bologna . Ambiente curato e caratteristico proprio perché riadattato da antica scuderia a ristorante con cura e amore per i dettagli. Conduzione familiare . Cibo ottimo cucinato con maestria e materie prima di qualità fanno che qsta trattoria sia un piacere dall’antipasto al dolce ! Da provare non ve ne pentirete

Capitiamo spesso a Bologna per lavoro e questo locale è diventato per noi tappa fissa... Si respira la storia di un lavoro tramandato da padre in figlio..
Vedere chi ha fondato il tutto tra i tavoli è una sensazione bellissima..
Qui si percepisce la passione e l amore per questo lavoro.. Pulito accogliente personale gentilissimo e disponibile
