Excellent restaurant with typical dishes. Unfortunately it is often crowded and without a reservation you cannot find a place like last time.

I have been to this restaurant twice, months apart. The first time I was very impressed, I really liked the food. The second time it was still good but I wasn't thrilled.
The service has always been good, the staff is friendly and easy-going.
I personally like the atmosphere and it is typical of a restaurant, convivial and noisy. If you like to eat in silence and talk in a low voice, this is not the place for you.
The prices are fair, if you want to get an idea, the menu is available on the website.
I have always found free parking in the area and booked conveniently via WhatsApp.

Delicious typical food from the Emilia-Romagna region, great wine pairing, friendly owners, full of local people, great if you are traveling and trying to find a place to eat close to the highway. Highly recommended pasta al ragu' and tagliata!

For work I often have lunch or dinner out, and Le Scuderie has become a fixed stop when I want to be on the safe side.
The selection of wines is excellent, curated and with interesting proposals.
I recommend the mixed starter: rich and well balanced.
The white wild boar ragù is spectacular, the tortellini and the Bolognese cutlet are also excellent: tasty, plentiful and cooked to perfection.
To conclude, green apple and sage sorbet – fresh and original – accompanied by a truly surprising Spanish liqueur.
The owner, always present, welcoming and with a nice English 😊
A restaurant that I highly recommend, both for work and pleasure.

We came without a reservation and were welcomed with genuine warmth. The atmosphere in the vaulted dining room was absolutely lovely – cozy and full of character. The food was outstanding: the poached egg starter was a real highlight, the ragù pasta was delicious, and the tiramisu was one of the best we had on our trip through Italy. The service was funny, authentic, and truly heartfelt. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Grazie

Buonissima trattoria a Bologna . Ambiente curato e caratteristico proprio perché riadattato da antica scuderia a ristorante con cura e amore per i dettagli. Conduzione familiare . Cibo ottimo cucinato con maestria e materie prima di qualità fanno che qsta trattoria sia un piacere dall’antipasto al dolce ! Da provare non ve ne pentirete
