We happened upon this restaurant by chance following a recommendation from the hotel where we were staying.
We found the staff to be kind and helpful. The dishes were plentiful and very good. The fish was very fresh and beautifully prepared and set up.
For me, who am celiac, the owner and chef sent me gluten-free pasta that was truly wonderfully cooked and really good, as well as gluten-free bread. We didn't try desserts because we were full, but everything was really good.
At the end of the meal, Stefania was also super helpful in explaining where to get the oil directly from the mill, which they brought to the table. Really very good.

Siamo capitati per caso in questo ristorante dietro suggerimento dell'hotel dove alloggiavamo.
Abbiamo trovato uno staff gentile e disponibile alle esigenze. Piatti abbondanti e molto buoni. Pesce freschissimo e lavorato ed impiantato a meraviglia.
Per me, che sono celiaca, la titolare e chef mi fatto avere una pasta senza glutine veramente cotta a meraviglia e veramente buona oltre al pane senza glutine. Non abbiamo provato dolci perché eravamo pieni ma davvero tutto molto buono.
Alla fine del pasto, Stefania, è stata anche super disponibile a spiegarci dove andare a prendere l'olio direttamente al frantoio, che ci hanno portato in tavola. Veramente molto buono.

Well-kept place, good service even if a little slow considering that there were few tables, food NOT up to expectations, good hot starters, disappointing cold ones, good first course too, gnocchi, prawns, courgettes but nothing special.

I have had lunch in many places in the area but I find La Scialuppa excellent.
The service was excellent, in all the dishes I can taste the taste of freshly caught fish.
The staff is friendly and professional, the service quick.
If you want to feel the true taste of the sea you absolutely must go to this restaurant.
Quality/price more than right 👌🏻🍽️🐟
Recommended dishes: guazzetto, spaghettone, sea bream, bottarga and samphire, mixed roast!

Bel locale, atmosfera intima ed i piatti buoni, ricette particolari, noi abbiamo ordinato antipasto freddo e caldo ed una grigliata. Il servizio é stato gentile ma decisamente troppo lungo. Tempo di attesa di un'ora tra un antipasto e l altro è esagerato..sebbene le lavorazioni dei caldi necessitino del tempo..lo capisco..ma un'ora é decisamente troppo..non abbiamo preso neanche il dolce per timore che dovessimo aspettare ancora tanto tempo. Alla fine mi sento di consigliarlo per coloro che hanno tanta pazienza :-)

This restaurant found by chance is exceptional. Well cared for furnishings. The first ones were very good. Table service good but a little slow in serving, probably because it was crowded on our visit. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice place, my 4 stars is only for the waitress service, very attentive, kind and always with a smile. However, the service was too slow even though there was practically no one there! We took cold appetizers (failed), hot ones (very good) and raw ones (nothing exceptional). We gave up on the first course, there was too much time between one dish and another, and we ordered fried food which wasn't even very hot. 2 star value for money
