Don't miss this place. It's a little miracle. One person is the chef (with his own wonderful vision of signature cuisine), the waiter, and the sommelier. The food is incredible. The prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is homely. I highly recommend it.

A unique experience, given that it's a one-man show, meaning the owner does everything himself: cooks, takes orders, serves, and recommends. Very unique, generous, and carefully prepared dishes. Remarkable value for money, excellent wine list. Affordable prices. Very limited seating (max 12-14). The only downside is that the restaurant is located on a narrow street in the historic center, hard to find, and a bit stuffy, so avoid if you want to eat outdoors.

Be prepared to be hosted by a charming Italian chef who banters with you and a handful of other guests while he prepares some of the most incredible dishes you've ever tasted. Everything will be perfect -- the food, the atmosphere, the service, the wine -- everything.
