A unique experience, given that it's a one-man show, meaning the owner does everything himself: cooks, takes orders, serves, and recommends. Very unique, generous, and carefully prepared dishes. Remarkable value for money, excellent wine list. Affordable prices. Very limited seating (max 12-14). The only downside is that the restaurant is located on a narrow street in the historic center, hard to find, and a bit stuffy, so avoid if you want to eat outdoors.

We arrived in Pavia with no reservations for dinner and fortunately discovered the Glass Bistro! Stephan's culinary skills, welcoming personality and charming space created an absolutely memorable dinner. You won't want to miss this place!!

Simply sublime. Maybe the best meal of my life (and my wife's, too).
Be prepared to be hosted by a charming Italian chef who banters with you and a handful of other guests while he prepares some of the most incredible dishes you've ever tasted. Everything will be perfect -- the food, the atmosphere, the service, the wine -- everything.

The atmosphere is welcoming, and I really appreciated the restaurant's modest size. This not only allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet before dining on excellent dishes, but also to sneak a quick peek at the preparation, which is done almost in plain sight.

What an amazing experience to have dinner at Glass Bistro run by Stefano! Not just the food, which is art, but mostly the pleasant ambiance that Stefano manages to create, you really feel like a guest in his kitchen and not just a client, which is quite unique nowadays. If you are in Pavia, do try it out, you will surely not regret! :) PS: if you are also passionate about water, this is the place to go ;)

Excellent restaurant, the atmosphere is intimate and very pleasant, and the owner, Stefano, is very knowledgeable and friendly. The food is very fresh and expertly prepared, and the wines are excellent. A wonderful place to spend an evening, I always enjoy going there.

Una de nuestras mejores experiencias gastronómicas vacacionales. La comida era increíble y el servicio muy personalizado. Disfrutamos de 2 aperitivos, compartimos una pasta y entrada. Perfecto y delicioso. Debes probar este bistró.
