The atmosphere is welcoming, and I really appreciated the restaurant's modest size. This not only allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet before dining on excellent dishes, but also to sneak a quick peek at the preparation, which is done almost in plain sight.

What an amazing experience to have dinner at Glass Bistro run by Stefano! Not just the food, which is art, but mostly the pleasant ambiance that Stefano manages to create, you really feel like a guest in his kitchen and not just a client, which is quite unique nowadays. If you are in Pavia, do try it out, you will surely not regret! :) PS: if you are also passionate about water, this is the place to go ;)

Excellent restaurant, the atmosphere is intimate and very pleasant, and the owner, Stefano, is very knowledgeable and friendly. The food is very fresh and expertly prepared, and the wines are excellent. A wonderful place to spend an evening, I always enjoy going there.

The cuisine caresses the palate with perfectly balanced flavors and a seasoning that seduces. The ingredients are intertwined in combinations so precise they seem written by destiny. The wines, chosen with instinct and delicacy, embrace every bite. The chef—a podiatrist and alchemist—gives his all, taking care of every detail as if you were his only table. In this small refuge, the music envelops and accompanies you... and everything conspires to make you not want the night to end. (The best dessert is long overdue... Marsala cream with raspberries)

Finally, a place with a difference amidst so many restaurants that simply sell smoke and mirrors. What's unique is that the owner takes care of everything himself. From taking orders to cooking and serving the dishes. The wait time is therefore slightly longer than other places, but the experience there is worth it. The quality of the food is truly exceptional, and the prices are absolutely reasonable. We'll definitely be back and I highly recommend it. A truly wonderful discovery.
