La Saliera In Roma

I stayed overnight, spacious room, I must say that with the ring road next to it you can hear a bit of noise from the cars, but on the other hand it's nice, closed parking, excellent restaurant.

Shame about the location but would recommend to anyone

We've been coming to La Saliera with friends and family for ages, and I can say without a doubt that they're the best in Rome. We've celebrated everything at this restaurant: first communions, confirmations, birthdays, and many other important occasions. Every time, it's been a perfect experience: always fresh and carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is a guarantee: professional, kind, and always attentive to every need. The prices are definitely excellent, especially considering it's a high-end restaurant. If you're looking for quality, friendliness, and a place where you can feel at home while still eating like a Michelin-starred restaurant... try La Saliera, you won't regret it!

We went to this restaurant for a class party and the experience was truly impeccable in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great courtesy and helpfulness by the staff, always attentive and present without ever being intrusive. The service was quick and efficient: despite being a large group, the wait between ordering and the arrival of the pizzas was surprisingly short, and everything was served at the same time, which we greatly appreciated. The pizzas? Wide choice, light and well-cooked dough, abundant and excellent quality toppings. Even the children, notoriously demanding, polished everything off without a complaint. A point in favor not to be underestimated: the space dedicated to children. Large, safe and clearly visible from the tables, it allowed them to have fun and us parents to enjoy the evening with serenity. In conclusion, a perfect evening from every point of view. We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place suitable for both dinners with friends and events with families and children.

Siamo stati per la comunione di mia figlia... è stata una esperienza unica. Accoglienza magnifica, cibo ottimo, attenzione a ogni dettaglio e a ogni nostra richiesta. Tutti i nostri numerosi ospiti sono rimasti entusiasti. Un grazie speciale al proprietario Gianni ed allo chef Luca.

Torniamo in famiglia alla Saliera questa volta in 8 persone più bimbo. Devo dire che nel giorno di festa del 1 maggio il personale era ridotto. Comunque abbiamo potuto utilizzare l saletta privè , molto accogliente . Servizio affabile . Primi buoni come il risotto alla crema di scampi e la frittura di pesce croccante e per niente oleosa. Materie prime fresche ... Prezzi medi alti Solo l'attesa del secondo è stta più lunga del previsto forse a causa del personale anzidetto. Possibilità di parcheggio interno assistito dal personale. Comunque una bella location specie per gruppi con prato esterno e zona bimbi che può servire nell'atetsa dei piatti.
