Large room, large bathroom, and large balcony. Clean. Good breakfast buffet. A bit noisy on weekdays, right on the street. Parking is available across the street. Staff and manager are friendly and accommodating. They always try to accommodate. Approximately 2 km to Stresa, not recommended for walking. No continuous sidewalk. Part of the way is on the street.

A wonderful little hotel with very friendly staff who are happy to answer any questions. The hotel is located about 15 meters from Lake Maggiore. From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of the water. The breakfast buffet is fantastic! Everything you can imagine! One special mention should be that the boss bakes everything herself; it's simply amazing. We'll definitely be back.

We had a large room with a large bathroom. The balcony was also large. The amenities were okay, a 2-star hotel. Large sink, bathtub. Very good water pressure. Located directly on the lake, accessible via the main road, noisy during the day. 2 km from Stresa. Unfortunately, there is no continuous footpath to Stresa. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Clean

A super little hotel right on the lake with its own beach and parking. Very clean rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

Very friendly manager and staff. The breakfast buffet was definitely worth the money. Our corner room had a somewhat small bathroom with a bathtub. Everything seemed newly renovated, and we had a small balcony with a lake view. Right on the street. Unfortunately, the street noise was a bit loud at peak times. But nothing that wouldn't stop us from booking again. Very animal-friendly. Our small dog was very welcome, even on the pebble beach. Water shoes are recommended. Sunbeds with umbrellas and towels were free. The town of Stresa was about 3 km away. Easily accessible on foot along the road. Not advisable due to the narrow streets. We recommend this small, friendly hotel. The price-performance ratio is excellent. Several German TV channels and free Wi-Fi (only available in the hotel)

Unfortunately, a cloud of dust hung over the mountains the entire day, so the mountains couldn't show off their beautiful beauty. The hotel is a lovingly run family business. Rekardo, who spoke good German, helped us a lot, e.g., (helped us jump-start our motorcycle), explained things, and gave us tips. A great hotel team. Thank you for the lovely, full breakfast.

We spent six wonderful days in and around Stresa. During these days, we were able to call this wonderful hotel our home. It was very well located just outside of Stresa's city center. Quiet and easily accessible. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Manuela had the perfect excursions for us every morning, tailored to the weather forecast. A hotel that we highly recommend and would visit again ourselves at any time.

Truly a wonderful experience! The hotel is located in a strategic position, just outside Stresa and 2 minutes by car from the Pallavicino park. Convenient private parking, with an outdoor area where you can enjoy an aperitif and with an adjoining small bathing beach that is set up in the summer. Comfortable room with a view on one side of the lake and on a wonderful waterfall on the back. Excellent breakfast and a note of merit to the truly professional concierge. We will be back with pleasure!
