Found by chance when we first arrived in Bormio. The menu features freshwater fish and meat. Very, very good. Generous portions. Fast and very friendly service. We'll be back. Highly recommended.

We've eaten at Sablonera twice already, two grilled dishes and a passion fruit cheesecake. Everything was delicious! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location with the lake is stunning and makes the atmosphere even more special. Highly recommended!

A beautiful grill restaurant with a garden arbor atmosphere. A delicious grilled plate with meat, ribs, and sausage, served with grilled potatoes. Everything is perfectly grilled. A recommendation: the house wine. At €12, it's a very tasty Vino della Casa.

One of the best dinners in town. The location is reminiscent of a Louisiana fishing lodge. A wooden structure with a beautifully lit portico next to a "Sablonera," a characteristic stone pond where trout are raised. I chose the "Fillet of salmon trout with a side of grilled mixed vegetables." The fish was fresh and well-cooked, the vegetables were flavorful and well-spiced, and I enhanced it with their taragna polenta, which paired perfectly. No flaws; if you find one, forget it and enjoy the dinner.

25/09/2025: The llamas and delicious dishes are the reason to come back time and time again! The manager is very kind and friendly, and very good at explaining a lot about these adorable animals. Horseback riding is also available.
09/09/2025: I gave the rooms one star because of the views, the food was excellent, the staff was super kind and friendly.
