Very nice place on the stream, fair prices. I had the best salmon trout I've ever eaten in my life. Highly recommended.

One of the best dinners in town. The location is reminiscent of a Louisiana fishing lodge. A wooden structure with a beautifully lit portico next to a "Sablonera," a characteristic stone pond where trout are raised. I chose the "Fillet of salmon trout with a side of grilled mixed vegetables." The fish was fresh and well-cooked, the vegetables were flavorful and well-spiced, and I enhanced it with their taragna polenta, which paired perfectly. No flaws; if you find one, forget it and enjoy the dinner.

The menu is limited, but the fish and meat dishes are excellently prepared. Everything is grilled. Very friendly service. The atmosphere is rustic yet welcoming and bright.

Highly recommended. This informal, Italian-style restaurant is a quiet, secluded spot with an outdoor area. The dishes are predominantly trout-based. I recommend the tasty and filling trout burger with fries. The staff is very friendly. The large wooden outdoor tables are also suitable for groups of friends.

Good evening, we were last night, the two of us with our dog, in this restaurant in the old Bormio area, on the river bank... basic location but with a pleasant view, it is a place with an adjoining pond and sport fishing and trout farm..... young and friendly staff, I would say the service was quite quick despite not having booked and it being quite full... We had a mixed trout appetizer, obviously, in our opinion and taste nothing exciting... a second course of trout with grilled vegetables very good, recommended for the taste, preparation and quantity, precise cooked to the moment..... overall for quality and price value, I would recommend it.. You eat near the river. Outdoors or inside. Quiet place, but very nice.

Everything perfect, the only negative note is that the lady speaks too fast, I recommend trying the fabulous grilled trout

The Food is amazing sourced directly from the trout Pond on the property. Amazing nice and helpful staff which tries to make your experience as amazing as possible.
