Because of them, I'll have to return to Polignano a Mare just to try their panzerotto with braciola again. Friendly and quick service. They also cater to those with lactose and/or gluten intolerances.

We stopped here for a quick bite and were really impressed. The Panzerotto Braciola was fresh, crispy, and filled with delicious meat. The potato balls (Polpette) were also excellent. Everything was served piping hot, so be careful when taking the first bite—it’s worth the wait! The staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. If you’re in Polignano a Mare, this place is definitely worth a visit!

Fantastic blend of authentic Apulian Street food and modern style. The crew makes every panzerotto on the spot, they are always just made for you on order. Lots of different flavors, I loved the sausage and rape one, my family enjoyed a classic. When you want a great freshly fried panzerotto straight in the historical heart of Polignano, look no further: la Rotellina is THE place.
