Every summer I am lucky enough to taste the offerings of this place which takes its name from the river that runs through the beautiful town of Premilcuore. La Rosa del Rabbi well reflects the characteristics of the passionate, cheerful, hospitable, jovial, hard-working, professional and loving people of Romagna who love life and good food. The food here is genuine and delicious. A pleasure for us to eat and drink excellent wine or craft beer at La Rosa del Rabbi!
