A truly fantastic experience at La Rosa dei Venti in Monopoli! It's a welcoming place, and you immediately notice the attention to customer service: the owner is smiling and friendly, and the staff is fast and knowledgeable, never keeping you waiting. We really appreciated the approach to traditional seafood dishes. Our dinner was a true journey of flavors, starting with raw seafood, marinated salmon, and fresh octopus salad. The tempura prawns with sweet pepper cream were a surprising combination. We continued with two exceptional first courses: a risotto with scampi, zucchini, and cream, and a delicious tagliolini with prawns, lime, mandarin, and orange with chopped almonds (a perfect balance of flavors!). For the main course, the grilled fish confirmed the high quality of the ingredients. To finish on a high note, a perfectly executed crème brúlée. Highly recommended for the quality of the food and the excellent service!

Excellent little restaurant Very kind and helpful staff. Good food. The spaghetti all'assassina was excellent. Reasonably priced.
