I didn't want to believe it, a Roman tavern in Selargius, not only is it like being in Rome tasting typical Roman dishes, everything is excellent, I had supplì, courgette flowers, cod fillets and a sublime oxtail stew, compliments to the chef and all the staff

As is often the case, it's very loud, but that's just how it is!
The food and service are good and friendly.
You should definitely make a reservation for the outdoor area.
Prices are OK.

My wife and I had a lovely evening at Osteria Romana.
For dinner, we had a Pinsa Magherita for two, followed by saltimbocca and pasta with mussels. Unfortunately, we only have one picture of the pasta.
All three dishes were delicious and, for us, the best we had during our two-week trip to Sardinia. The Pinsa, in particular, was highly recommended.
We were also pleased with the staff and ambiance.
The restaurant is located in a quiet residential area, and it's a great place to relax on the terrace.

A very good place to sample Roman cuisine, with a very extensive menu featuring all kinds of Roman dishes.

Excellent traditional Roman cuisine. The menu features the city's signature dishes, each one better than the last. In the summer, the outdoor extension makes the dining room perhaps too large, making it difficult for the staff to serve all the guests in a reasonable amount of time. Prices are always above average but affordable. The waiters are very friendly and helpful. For best service, I recommend booking on weekdays.

Siamo stati qui varie volte, sempre in coppia, e ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo. Abbiamo provato vari tipi di pasta, dalla classica carbonara alla cacio e pepe alla zozzona ed erano sempre tutte ottime. Buonissimi anche i salumi e i dolci!
Ultimo ma non per importanza personale gentilissimo e super disponibile, la prossima volta magari proveremo la pinsa
