Nice place yesterday Sunday it was full but the guys in the room were very good good food served with a smile a rarity that I have found in other good places normal price €52 for two starters the two excellent first courses a bowl of chicory two beers I don't have a receipt because I was invited😂👋

Excellent quality of dishes. By working to improve the service we can reach a full 5 stars. The time elapsed between the starter and the subsequent courses was decidedly excessive.

What can I say... if I wanted to be concise I would say, I am happily surprised by the place and the dishes..... but let's not talk nonsense, this place cannot be defined in a concise way.... We are a couple who fortunately found the opportunity to have lunch in this place. I didn't know it although it has been open since 2017 as the very kind guy at the checkout told me. I have visited many places during my travels and not... the hinterland of Cagliari is full of places, but I wouldn't have expected a place like this in Selargius. Let's start by praising the staff, who were present and professional from start to finish, managing the entire time we were in the restaurant with courtesy and professionalism, so congratulations you did an excellent job!!!... Second point is the restaurant, welcoming with those exposed beams and characteristic due to the representations of Rome and its wonders, including the terracotta crockery, as if to recall the old taverns of the past. Third point of praise is the food. Introduction we have been lucky enough to travel around Lazio and Rome by motorbike on several occasions, and the food served here has nothing to envy of typical Roman restaurants, with characteristic dishes and condiments that bring us back to those overseas places. So my review is not intended to be an accommodating and respectful response to what was requested by the boy at the checkout but is really a statement of compliments for how we felt treated and how satisfied we were with this culinary experience. Ah, another point of praise for the value for money. We left full and satisfied with how much we spent. I'm sure we'll be back :) Thank you

Excellent pinsa, the best I tasted in Cagliari, congratulations 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 The dishes I tasted from the Roman tradition were really very good. Nice place and friendly staff attentive to customer needs. Tooop

For a few months, when we don't have plans with friends, my wife and I have treated ourselves to a dinner in this splendid Osteria Romana, which we are lucky enough to have close to home. We are not fans of pizza or Pinsa, but we love authentic Roman cuisine, and we always find excellent dishes here. The appetizers from the fry shop are all delicious, but the real strong point are the first courses, which we tried (and loved) all: from the carbonara to the amatriciana, without forgetting the cacio e pepe and the Gricia. And for those who want to indulge in a real indulgence, the slut is simply amazing! Even the second courses are up to the Roman tradition: Roman saltimbocca, Coda alla Vaccinara and many other specialties are prepared with care and authentic flavour. The staff is kind and attentive, the service is fast and with the right timing, and the wine list is well stocked. All at more than fair prices.

Really excellent food, generous portions, the environment is comfortable and the staff very kind. We were served by the waitress Alessandra who was very kind and friendly, we will definitely return. absolutely recommended.

We had lunch today in this tavern to celebrate my 70th birthday with the family. It was a pleasant discovery for us. I want to thank Mr. Claudio for his availability in choosing the dishes, all in terms of quality, quantity and price. The chef, Nicola and his colleagues for the professional and kind service, supporting us and satisfying us in every way. We will definitely be back.

Siamo stati a cena in questa osteria con degli amici spinti dalle buone recensioni, abbiamo fatto benissimo!!! Le loro pinse sono buonissime e con un impasto molto digeribile ma anche la cacio e pepe merita una menzione.... torneremo sicuramente!

Sono stata qui a pranzo con la mia famiglia e miei suoceri settimana scorsa. C'eravamo già stati prima e si sono riconfermati forse la migliore osteria romana nella zona di Cagliari per quanto riguarda il cibo. Abbiamo preso un antipasto romano con affettati misti, fagioli e cotiche e trippa al sugo, tutto ottimo, e alcuni fritti (supplì classici, mozzarelline e fiori di zucca, anche questi tutti buonissimi). Come primi abbiamo preso la loro carbonara (tra le migliori mai mangiate), una gricia, gnocchetti vongole e broccoletti romani e delle amatriciane (forse il loro piatto meno riuscito, il sugo risultava troppo amarognolo). Siamo passati quindi ai dolci, molto buoni anche quelli. Il problema più grosso è stata la gestione dei tempi sui primi piatti. Ok che gli antipasti erano buoni e abbondanti e qui di per fortuna non si moriva di fame, ma io per dire ho ricevuto la mia gricia quando tutti gli altri avevano già finito i loro primi. Sono arrivate prima le due amatriciane ,poi dopo un bel po' la carbonara, dopo ancora gli gnocchetti e io ho continuato a guardare gli altri mangiare per molto. In un ristorante EN rodato come il loro (e a sala comunque non pienissima) una cosa simile non deve e non può succedere. Sta di fatto che comunque il piatto e arrivato ed era buono e in generale abbiamo mangiato troppo bene per dare meno di 4 stelle.
