You'll experience the atmosphere of a Roman osteria, but in Sardinia. We opted for traditional fare, with cacio e pepe and carbonara. Excellent portions, perfectly seasoned. It's a shame some of the ingredients aren't available; it might encourage us to return.

First time... recommended by several acquaintances, we went to this place. So, first of all, the pinseria products are excellent, perhaps slightly revisited, but for the better, as the ingredients, i.e., the raw materials, are 100% better than those from Rome. The first courses are truly delicate, much more digestible than those from Lazio. Let's talk about the wines... Excellent selection from Alghero wineries with a fantastic range of varietals, from Vermentino to Cagnulari, Cannonau to Bovale Sardo, etc.... Excellent choice from the winery as the main attraction. Staff... We were very impressed by the young staff, who were knowledgeable in pouring glasses and checking the quality of the bottles. I was particularly surprised by a hostess named Alessandra who served us. After countless questions asking for descriptions of the dishes and wines, including the desserts, she responded with impeccable precision, detailing every detail, especially the grape varieties on the wines we ordered, and especially the origins of the ingredients used in the pinsa. The owner is certainly very selective when it comes to finding professional staff. We will definitely be back. Location rating: A+++, food: A++++++ Staff: A+++++++++ Well done!!!

The restaurant is welcoming, furnished with a rustic yet refined taste, and the staff is friendly, always smiling, and ready to recommend the perfect dish. The prices are fair for the quality and portions they offer. If you want to eat Roman food as it should be, without the tourist pretenses, Osteria Romana is a must: authentic flavor and a genuine atmosphere.

I didn't want to believe it, a Roman tavern in Selargius, not only is it like being in Rome tasting typical Roman dishes, everything is excellent, I had supplì, courgette flowers, cod fillets and a sublime oxtail stew, compliments to the chef and all the staff
