Not used as a hotel, but as a bar. Located directly on the romantic Manerba beach. Excellent service from the staff, always kind and friendly.

Beautiful weekend with friends. Perfect room .. with a stunning lake view terrace! Relaxation is guaranteed! I recommend it! .. strategic location to reach, with a pleasant walk, both the island of S. Biagio and the Rocca di Manerba. Silvia is fantastic and super professional! She gave us lots of useful advice! .. and Massimo is a legend 😊! very nice!! A plus: the free covered parking! We will definitely be back!

We were there in mid-May 2025. We practically had the hotel to ourselves for the first two days. The staff was super friendly. The hotel is old, but always clean. If we had roommates, I would have preferred a partition on the balcony for a bit more privacy. A lounger or more comfortable chairs on the balcony would have been nice. I thought the breakfast was good; it's always the same, but still sufficient. The coffee was good too.

Everything was super, from the staff, to the lake view, to the location....highly recommended!!!!! 😍

We stayed this weekend of April 25th. Very satisfied, clean, fantastic location, plentiful and good breakfast, all the staff were friendly, very kind and smiling. Mrs. Silvia is a fantastic woman!!! congratulations for everything, thank you from the bottom of my heart, we will be back!!!
