The best rotisserie in Palermo and its province, by far. Historic, beautiful, delicious, and efficient. Avoid the long lines (lunchtime/dinnertime) if you can. But it's always worth it! (By the way, it's the only place where the minced meat is edible.)

21/12/2025: The best place in Sicily. Amazing food, especially ragu and con la sarde. Great service, very kind, very helpful. Farhad was particularly kind offering a birthday cake, very thoughtful and professional. He made our time!! Also the chief waiter was the kindest, very knowledgeable and has great recommendations. Strongly recommended.
19/12/2025: Our family had the foacaccia, calamari, steak, and seafood pasta. They were all excellent. The ambience, atmosphere, and service was all equally as excellent as the food. Highly recommend.

22/09/2025: I've been here several times. Always very good, simple local cuisine, and the staff are very friendly. I recommend it to everyone. P.S. Park wherever you can and walk to the restaurant to avoid problems. A walk back after a large meal will do you good. While waiting for your food, there's a butcher shop next door that sells excellent raw sausages.
