The best rotisserie in Palermo and its province, by far. Historic, beautiful, delicious, and efficient. Avoid the long lines (lunchtime/dinnertime) if you can. But it's always worth it! (By the way, it's the only place where the minced meat is edible.)

Chef Sakai Fumiko conjured up an extraordinary fusion of Japanese and Italian cuisine that completely delighted us. Giovanni made the evening perfect: with great charm and expertise, he explained historical details about the region and the special features of each ingredient, making the meal an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

05/01/2026: For those who want to eat Palermo food, this is the best! Highly recommended.
05/01/2026: Oh my, how I long to eat more of the wonderful Palermo specialties—stigghiola, frittola, caldume, panelle, and crocche—but there was also Ca miusa bread and more... My son had a sandwich with poastrato sausage... I'll always come back. The only flaw, if I had to find one, is that there's no seating, but that's okay.
