The rest of the rotisserie is also top-notch: arancini, pizzette, rollò... everything is truly delicious, and it's hard to find anything that disappoints. It's one of those places where you go thinking you'll get "just one thing," and end up trying a little bit of everything. The staff is fast and organized, even when it's busy, and that's definitely a plus. If I really had to find a flaw, the only negative would be the parking: it's not exactly easy to find a spot nearby, especially during peak hours. But honestly, it's still worth the extra effort to eat here. In conclusion, La Romanella is a must-try for those who love authentic Palermo rotisserie: quality, flavor, and tradition in every bite. Good quality, good ingredients, the fried calzone dough is like a cloud, the crouton is very good and super seasoned, in the ravazzata and arancina I would have preferred the seasoning to be less dry and in the ravazzata I would have preferred there to be peas too.

Excellent choice. I was a bit disappointed by the arancini. I expected a crispier coating.
