A small, traditional Palermitan rotisserie catering primarily to locals. No tourists (thankfully), but those who do find themselves there are lucky! A long-standing establishment for decades, the prices are reasonable, and the quality is in keeping with the local peasant tradition. Now slightly larger, with a wider selection of ready-made dishes. A must-visit for Palermitans: a restaurant to be sure of.

I've been to Rosticceria La Romanella several times when I'm in the area and have tried various hot dishes and sandwiches: everything is always very good! Quality food at affordable prices. Highly recommended! Kudos also for their work and efficiency in serving customers, despite the chaos.

Super cheap and delicious. The fried calzone is huge, but my favorite part is the parmigiana. And the best part? All the pieces have the price and ingredients written on them.

28/10/2025: Excellent pizza, in a well-kept restaurant with a look that's now commonplace for this type of food. The service is very attentive and fast. The other dishes are good, but they're a bit pricey, no doubt due to the excellent quality of the ingredients. A small, humble suggestion: I'd also offer plant-based options to lower the intrinsic cost of the dish while still maintaining the quality of the preparation.

15/04/2026: We had a quick little platter with delicious cheese (and homemade juice!)
14/04/2026: Everything is delicious and fresh, prepared to order with authentic ingredients. A quiet, cool table to enjoy a plate of antipasti or a very tasty (cold) panini with a glass of wine. As an added bonus, smiles and service in French.
