La Roccia In Padova

Hands down, this is one of the best restaurants in Padova. Run by its owners, they make the visit unforgettable. The grilled octopus is by far one of the best in Venetto... without a doubt, the best option for good food, varied and at a very good price.

Really enjoyable family meal and very friendly service. Menu is huge so there was something for everyone to choose from. Pastas were generous and delicious.

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff. Everything we ordered was excellently prepared, they pour excellent beers. I would recommend La Roccia Pub in the very center of Padua to everyone.

I've been to visit La Roccia, many times now and, which proved to be as good as the first! What with Christmas and St. Stevens Day (our Boxing day) to contend with, my first visit, on the Eve...I had a superb huge pizza...(so when in Rome...actually Padova) go with the familiar! Plus, a litre of Tennent's Super beer to wash it down with! It doesn't matter what the toppings were, it was perfectamondo! 9.50€ pizza and 13.00€ beer (plus inbuilt service tax 1.50€) I was floundering by the portions! I know, a litre was a large size, there are more palatable glass sizes as well as a 3 litre carafe option for a table share maybe? The second visit I had one of the "special" menu of spaghetti with Duck mince. Absolutely delishimo and very hot in temperature! Sauce was finger scrapingly good, I should have asked for a piece of bread to mop it all up with, but hey, I'm a neanderthal at best!! The interior decor is of European styles and consists of wooden enclaves for various sizes of parties, it's still an excellent recommendation as I've said above!! Atmosphere clear and easy to blend in with conversational frivolities there may be! Awesomesauce all round!

Good food, service and environment!!! Too bad a bug was found in the glass and fortunately not inserted. I'm sorry that the inconvenience was handled with the offer of 3 coffees, and only an apology from the person serving us

A pochi minuti a piedi dalla basilica di s.antonio troviamo questo pub molto carino e frequenta ogni tipo di clientela, dagli università a noi boomer. Tutto buono! Dalla classica carbonara alla pizza super tutto è risultato davvero ottimo. La prima cosa che colpisce è il personale gentilissimo e disponibile alla battuta nonostante ci sia da galoppare Ottima scelta di birre e rapporto qualità prezzo fantastico

Visitando Padova per caso siamo stati in questo locale io mio marito e altre due coppie di amici . Al primo sguardo abbiamo pensato che era un Pub e forse non adatto a noi attempati invece siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi nello scoprire che è anche un ristorante con piatti tipici del posto e altre specialità come lo stinco di maiale. Tutto buonissimo e la simpatia del proprietario ci ha conquistato.Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato a tutti giovani e diversamente giovani
