A near-perfect culinary experience, an unforgettable sensory journey. The dishes, excellent in technique and ingredients, delighted the palate. The wine tasting was a triumph, with masterfully crafted pairings and passionately explained. What made everything special was Michele's service: the true highlight, a professional of rare expertise and courtesy. The only downsides? The somewhat meager start, with half a bruschetta for a full glass, and the dessert. The tiramisu, unfortunately, was unbalanced, with too much mascarpone cream that sacrificed the ladyfingers and the overall balance. These were minor sins in an otherwise nearly perfect dinner. A gastronomic journey of the highest caliber, which I would recommend to anyone seeking authentic emotion on both the plate and in the glass, thanks above all to the impeccable dining experience. An experience to remember and certainly one to repeat.

Great experience!! Refined atmosphere, soft music. Excellent non-invasive service. Menu card with 3-4 appetizers and the same number of first or second courses. Excellent cube of boiled tongue and risotto with beets and scallops. We had a great time celebrating our wedding anniversary. We will be back!!

I chose this restaurant due to its convenient location. I had a great time, the staff were welcoming and always smiling and helpful. Extraordinary food to say the least, we ate a fabulous beetroot risotto, tasted a PERFECTLY cooked veal tongue and an exceptional revisited spaghettone all'amatriciana. Compliments to the chef.

Bella la location, buon cibo e una selezione di vini ricercata. In verità l'ultima volta era già la seconda che andavamo per cena, in più però avevamo anche un ottimo commis di sala, Michele, che ci ha saputo consigliare l'abbinamento giusto con le portate e che, in ingenerale, si è preso cura della nostra serata (Grazie per l'attenzione per il mio compleanno!). Segnalo soltanto che forse il costo è un po' sopra la media rispetto a ristoranti simili.

…la nostra cena, con aspettative decisamente più alte, in pieno centro a Torino. Locale ampio, formale, un po’ retrò ove spicca l’assenza di un guardaroba che avrebbe evitato tutto il tipico penzolare dei paltò dalle sedie dei commensali. Davvero triste il tutto, e soprattutto inspiegabile ostinarsi, avendone gli spazi, a non curare questo aspetto che consente di captare già all’arrivo l’attenzione che viene riservata al cliente. Carta non certo ampia, abbastanza piatta e …tra sfere di ricotta, crema di zucca e nocciole (non pervenute) filetto di Fassona ben concepito ma la riduzione di barbabietola è solo un’idea non realizzata per una portata mal presentata, in compenso abbiamo attinto dalla carta dei vini degustando dell’ottimo Ruchè di due diverse etichette ed un buon bunèt ha risollevato le sorti di una cena non all’altezza che non passa certo alla storia… Doveroso offrire e dare di piu !!
