An absolute gem in Torino!
From the moment we walked in, the staff at La Ristonomia del Bertola was warm and welcoming. They led us to the table on their quiet terrace and gave us time to make our selections.
We started off with some prosecco and they brought out an impressive assortment of bread and a little amuse bouche in the form of ricotta and some spinach leaves.
I opted for the tuna filet which I asked to keep quite raw while my husband got the beef tenderloin (fassona). Both of the dishes were cooked and seasoned impeccably! My tuna tasted very fresh and paired perfectly with the accompanying sauce and pok choy. However, funnily the best pairing for both of us was my tuna with my husband's Bernais sauce. With that said, my husband's beef was melt-in-the-mounth tender and tasted incredible!
The service remained wonderful throughout the evening and I couldn't recommend this olace more if you happen to be in Turin. Very much a high-end experience with a very reasonable price tag.

Excellent dinner with the family in this elegant and modern dining room, with efficient service (Grazie Ernesto!) and delicious typical and elaborate food. I highly recommend. Not touristy, very local.

I celebrated my graduation here and couldn't have asked for anything better: the food was delicious, the staff was kind and attentive, and the venue is truly beautiful. I highly recommend this restaurant and thank all the staff for making my day even more special!

My husband and I had dinner at this delightful restaurant for our third wedding anniversary (though we'd been there twice before). The atmosphere is always welcoming, elegant, quiet, and clean. The service is fantastic: fast, extremely courteous, and professional. The waiters are always smiling! The food, once again, was exceptional. We had tagliolini with a datterino tomato reduction and sheep's cheese cream (which I HIGHLY recommend) and spaghetti with scampi and lime, tiramisu, wine, and water. The bread basket was generous, including some excellent, warm, freshly baked focaccia. The young chef came out to check on everything, and we couldn't help but compliment him on the originality (including the plating) and the quality of the ingredients. We'll definitely be back and recommending it to all our friends. Thank you so much!

A near-perfect culinary experience, an unforgettable sensory journey. The dishes, excellent in technique and ingredients, delighted the palate. The wine tasting was a triumph, with masterfully crafted pairings and passionately explained. What made everything special was Michele's service: the true highlight, a professional of rare expertise and courtesy. The only downsides? The somewhat meager start, with half a bruschetta for a full glass, and the dessert. The tiramisu, unfortunately, was unbalanced, with too much mascarpone cream that sacrificed the ladyfingers and the overall balance. These were minor sins in an otherwise nearly perfect dinner. A gastronomic journey of the highest caliber, which I would recommend to anyone seeking authentic emotion on both the plate and in the glass, thanks above all to the impeccable dining experience. An experience to remember and certainly one to repeat.

Great experience!! Refined atmosphere, soft music. Excellent non-invasive service. Menu card with 3-4 appetizers and the same number of first or second courses. Excellent cube of boiled tongue and risotto with beets and scallops. We had a great time celebrating our wedding anniversary. We will be back!!

Pranzo di Laurea e compleanno di mia figlia con amici e parenti.
Abbiamo optato per il menù terra, con qualche piccola variazione/aggiunta: TUTTO ASSOLUTAMENTE UNA GODURIA PER LA VISTA ED IL PALATO! Materie prime di altissima qualità (ad iniziare dai gamberi...) con un impiattamento sobrio ed accattivante.
Il servizio da 10 e lode: tutti i ragazzi professionali, simpatici e molto disponibili: Ernesto, Michele e tutti gli altri, ragazze comprese...

Sono stata con il mio compagno in questo ristorante molto elegante. Il personale è stato davvero cortese e professionale e i cibi buonissimi. Ottimi i plin con ristretto di fassona e il dolce al gianguia.
