If you come to Castel di Sangro, you absolutely have to stop and eat here.
A very well-kept restaurant, with attentive and fast staff, and excellent food. Excellent value. My partner and I (we're parents, so we came with our young daughter) split a €24 appetizer and then ordered two first courses. My pappardelle with porcini mushrooms were spectacular. Finally, a lemon sorbet to refresh the palate.
A highly recommended place for new parents. The bathroom also has a changing table for emergencies.

A small, charming, and welcoming place. Excellent food, friendly, and fast staff.
Every year when we're in Castel di Sangro, it's a regular stop for us, and it's always a great experience.
I recommend making a reservation because seating is limited.

Beautiful location, very warm and welcoming, quick, kind and very precise service, each dish has its own specialty and all different from each other... the breaded and fried primo sale was good but the primo strascinate orapi and sausage was truly superb, a typical dish but very difficult to find... the mixed roast was also good with a generous portion and a special mention for the desserts, all homemade... the pistachio tiramisu was wow... very fair prices, really a nice place where I would definitely return.

The location is well-maintained and welcoming. I booked the last table and we were seated promptly at the indicated time. The menu is limited, but this is visible online, but otherwise everything was excellent. The platter was generous, with tasty arrosticini and an excellent wine list offering good value. Kudos to the ladies in the dining room who anticipated my daughter's needs and were always present but never intrusive.
If I may make a comment, it's about the water they brought to the table at the opening: since I hadn't ordered it, I thought it was included in the cover charge. I would have ordered it anyway, but I would have preferred it to be my choice.

The atmosphere is charming and quaint, typical of trattorias. The food is exquisite, well-served, well-cooked, and incredibly tasty.

An excellent culinary experience, with excellent ingredients. Highly recommended for a day out, with plenty of on-street parking.
We're returning to this wonderful restaurant again on August 17th. The quality remains the same, if not better. Many compliments again!

Locale molto gradevole , arredato con gusto . Personale molto professionale ed accogliente. Piatti davvero gustosi.. Da assaggiare il raviolo con burrata alla genovese e zafferano e la Tartare di manzo davvero eccezionale..Sbriciolata alla nutella ottima , tiramisù ne ho assaggiati migliori. In conclusione, da provare assolutamente! Ci ritornerò presto.
